When we're not sure a comment violates our policies, but it seems potentially inappropriate, we give creators the option to review it before it's posted on their channel. Results among early adopters were promising – channels that enabled the feature saw a 75% reduction in user flags on comments

Now the priests get to decides which truth gets spoken in the church. You sinful witches better shut your mouth.

These are so vague that, TBH, they just let YouTube remove any video they don't like.

they kinda explicitly said it on their COPPA inspired/compliant changes happening in the Decembers policy change early on . imho it's kinda good, but it's a very coarse filter that could spell death to community interaction. i mean we've seen the worst shit right? laughable & some serious direct death threats, slang~ish non direct sexual attacks on young & teen content creators, i understand some good degree of people are loose canons. they could be stopped from target harassment responses. i mean that guy who took Linus's youtube plaque at the auction got a bit of heat from the community as an example.

But for a community who thinks a broad range of stuff as extremely offensive, like a stupid cartoon green frog or a simple ok sign or pronoun definition when it's not accurate & other stuff like, gender bias filters, mental illness derived definition of whats right & wrong. the target isnt curbing harassment , it's broadening into pleasing their special interests opinions.
