Update: It lives, I'm amazed it still works the first ram stick i removed is dead though which I am fine with, it was only 2gb.

It was running, i wasn't paying attention, i am an idiot Done that, pretty much 100% certain its dead, i thing my mum knows someone with proper testing equipment at their work, im going to give them a call thanks for trying to help, everyone

Hello, i was doing a ram upgrade on my laptop (macbook pro 13 early 2011) and i forgot to turn the computer off and disconnect the battery before removing ram, did i kill it, thanks for any help.

how do i take a screenshot? i am using windows 10 pro 64 bit build 14343.0 i think

windows 10 store is not letting me install the game forza 6 apex when i click "get" it comes up with another window saying this: Forza Motorsport 6: Apex $0.00 Subject to the Microsoft Services Agreement. below that it has a "cancel" and a "get" but the "get" is greyed out stopping me from installing the game i have a gtx 780 3gb, an i5 2400, 8gbs ram and 80gbs of available storage what am i doing wrong?
