I'm currently deciding between these two motherboards (feel free to suggest other variants) for an i7 6700K.
The ASUS board has great features and connectivity, but I've read that it has loads and loads of problems due to RAM compatibility and BIOS updates.
The M3 lacks some features (USB-C connector, 2 VRM phases), but otherwise looks comparable. The reason I'm thinking about the MSI is, as silly as it may sound, that I'd get a free X360 gamepad with the purchase, which sounds very handy to me, because I am, in fact, looking for one.
