  1. Hello, my mid 2010 is able to load an OS i can either do internet recovery and it loads in but then while installing it gets stuck halfway or 3/4th of the way through. or i can use a boot drive and the same thing happens. I've switched out ram and even the hard drive. Not sure what to do.
  2. That makes a lot of sense. Used to be owned by a college student. Anyways, thanks. It’s too bad there isn’t a cheaper replacement. The screens online are worth more than the laptop haha
  3. That's what I thought too. But when It's on it doesn't affect the display at all other than being able to see the small dots on the screen. And possibly, I'm not sure.
  4. Hello, I recently bought this pretty beat up mid 2011 MacBook Air. It has this really weird thing with the screen going on. At first I thought it was dirt or something but then I couldn’t take it off. It feels like it’s a small dent. Or maybe it’s just super stuck grime? Is there anyway to fix these little spots? The only thing I’ve searched that looks similar is anti glare but that started in 2012. Thanks for the help!
  5. No cables loose. Which ones would be loose that I’d need to check? And it hasn’t crashed recently so I don’t have any pictures. I do know that one of the crashes was because of bad drivers. But then another one said it was a hardware issue.
  6. I made a post about this before. But it stopped after I let it sit, it's happening again now.
  7. I can usually pinpoint why windows won’t work or hardware. But I can't figure it out. I have a brand new computer with the ryzen 2200g, B450M pro4 mobo, 500 Gb SSD, CX 450 watt psu and about a month in or so I just get random blue screens while searching the internet. Not sure what’s going on and it happens at random intervals. Usually, if I left the computer sit for a few days the blue screens stop for awhile. Then they start happening again and they progressively got worse. Until I cannot even start up the computer without it bluescreening. Additionally, the blue screen error code is different almost every time.
  8. Yeah the weird yellow piece. But I’ll do that right now and redo all the standoffs and screws
  9. So I took the mobo out of the case with the gpu and the display turns back on. Maybe the gpu isn’t fully in when in the case?
  10. There’s no gold showing other than the end of the gpu. But that’s normal. I’m probably going to take it out of the case and reseat all my standoffs.
  11. I’ll do that soon. I’m not home atm. But I was thinking that maybe the gpu isn’t plugged into its pcie slot all the way. Because the “lock” that clicks in the gpu is broken off. I’m not sure how I’d fix that or if that is even the issue.
  12. Even when I use the gpu output it still doesn’t show display
  13. I should probably also mention that I’m also not getting display from the onboard graphics and my keyboard and mouse aren’t getting any power
  14. Hello. I tested a GTX 1060 6gb, a Ryzen 1700x, 8gbs of ripjaws ram, and an MSI B350M Gaming Pro mobo outside of its case (Coolermaster Masterbox Q300L). And it booted right up to the bios. But once I put it in the case i don’t have a display anymore. The only addition is an ssd that I put in. The motherboard also came in slightly damaged from shipping but again, it worked when tested. I’m not really sure what to test or do to get a display at this point.
  15. Okay awesome. Thank you! Otherwise it seems to be in good condition
  16. And the bottom left pins are for HD Audio are bent. Can I bend them back?
  17. Hello, I ordered a used motherboard. It was a B350M MSI gaming pro motherboard. And it was delivered great. Except the cmos battery popped out of the motherboard during shipping and was rolling around. I just popped it back in. Will it still work? Or is a CMOS battery being popped out and in make it non usable?
  18. Right I knew that part. I just got a mega deal on the MOBO used so I went for it.
  19. I have had some goofy problems with Realtek. I actually ended up buying an external Roccat Juke from best buy and just plugging it into a usb.
  20. Sometimes boards might have a problem overclocking ram especially with a Ryzen. Try staying stock and see what happens. Also my pc was doing that and it ended up being drivers. Go to AMD's website and download their driver program that downloads drivers for you.
  21. Will the MSI Micro Atx B350M gaming pro support the Ryzen 1700x or will I need a bios update to get to first gen ryzen?
