I'm I the only one who can never understand a single thing this man says? I mean, he says words, but I can never figure out what point he's trying to make.
I would be weary of that psu. How old is it? Open it up and have a look at all the components. Look for any signs of damage (i.e. plastic starting to melt or sag). Remove any dust if there is any. Lots of dust would make me feel more weary too.
The thing is, it will work but you are going to be pushing close to 200W when you play demanding games. The cpu & gpu will be pushing out around 125W @ full load. 1 x HDD will be approx 10W. That with 2 - 3 fans with maybe 5W each will be around 150W in total.
Now you don't want to be pushing your psu to 200W either so you should be okay at the 150W limit but adding anything else and you will have a problem. I would use it for now, but start saving for a new one now! (or second hand one that is from a reputable brand)
