What's your price range? The Blu R1 HD is pretty cheap ($50 on Amazon), runs full android, and you can easily get rid of the ads that it comes with.

No, it is not required. It's just a different form factor of storage drives; other drives will work fine in your system.

Hey! I recently decided to move an SSD over from my old MacBook pro since I needed the extra space on my desktop. The SSD is a Samsung 850 EVO. My issue is that the SSD is not listed in my bios or in disk management. I assume that this is because the SSD is formatted for OSX and not for Windows, but I have no idea how to go about reformatting the SSD since it won't show up at all. Thank you!

Does the Mac have an ssd in it? I use my 2009 Macbook pro and it's still fast because of the ssd.
