both of the servers are VMs

the hyper v server has 2 network adapters: NIC 1 with an ip of 192.168.1.1 NIC 2 (hyper v internal network) with an ip of 192.168.15.1

The 2 servers can talk to each other, but the windows 7 test vm cant talk to server 1

well, that is an option. here is the network configuration server 1: nic1 = 192.168.1.2 server 2: nic1 = 192.168.1.1 server 2: internal hyper v network card = 192.168.15.1 windows 7 test vm: hyper v network card = 192.168.15.2 now i want to give server 1 an ip address on 192.168.15.X

hi, i have 2 windows server 2016 servers connected together with a LAN network: server 1 = DC server + DNS server server 2 = hyper v host + DHCP and DNS server now i got DHCP to work with hyper v to give my test windows 7 VM an IP address, and i can get the dns records on my windows 7 test vm from server 1 now my question is, can i share the internal network card from server 2 to server 1? thank you for answering!

after i enabled both incomming and outgoing ICMP on the firewall just for the VPC the pings started to work! thank you!
