  1. This has happened to me a few times, ended up being something with my ISP im not even sure they did something that fixed it may be a good idea to contact them.
  2. Because its cheaper to make and also real carbon fiber in a mouse is pretty pointless seeing as they even said it does not cut down on weight so its just for looks pretty much. Fake carbon fiber would make a lot more sense in this situation.
  3. I just about pirate everything apart for games which are online, other than that dont see why i should pay for it when its way easier to pirate.
  4. Not at all but tbh my G500s is grippy at the sides so im wondering would the "fake" stuff be better ? i dont know.
  5. Too bad your not on Android i would have advised you to download the previous versions APK. Also the new word doc editing thing looks great. Dont see why you are mad.
  6. I do admit im a sucker for the look of CF i love the look of it but id much rather have it imitated rather than the actual thing if its going to put the price up for example dbrand skins look the same no where near the cost.
  7. Just to let you guys know this is kinda old news. http://www.tubefilter.com/2014/04/18/youtube-google-preferred-channels-top-1-percent-advertisers/ Pretty sure it was also mentioned on one of the wan shows Either way well done LTT
  8. People should have a look at the RENDERS for call of duty ghosts. Game wont look anything like that we all know it just like COD ghost and every other COD always over hyped and always such a steaming piece of SH*T
  9. Go with the sennheisers i have the PC350SEs and they have lasted for a very long time. They also sound great and the mic quality is outstanding for a headset mic. Also the mic boom mute feature (which i believe sennheiser did first) is amazing. If you have a lot of money however maybe get some HD600s and get a antlion mod mic. Also the G4ME ones and G4ME zeros im pretty sure the same as "last gen" headsets the PC350SEs and PC360s, look at those 2 will be a lot cheaper.
  10. Looks like a cross between a Corsair mouse and one of the R.A.T mice, looks pretty ugly. Also expected price is going to be about $120....il stick to my G500s
  11. http://www.amazon.com/Kingston-Memory-Card-Reader-FCR-HS3/dp/B005ES0YYA/ref=sr_1_sc_1?s=electronics&ie=UTF8&qid=1398965728&sr=1-1-spell&keywords=kingstoncard+reader I have this and its pretty amazing. Use it with my Samsung Pro SD cards
  12. Bit of an update to this mod. If you are going to do this there are 2 hidden screws one under the corsair logo and one under the far right cover of the volume wheel. Do not use a heat gun/hair dryer to remove the corsair logo with the keys still on your keyboard. Tried pressing the F9 Key today and would not go down this is why.... As you can see made a bit of a mistake the material these keys are made out of are very sensitive to any sort of heat. Lucky for me i have fixed the key just make sure to remove that corsair logo when all the keys have been removed.
  13. Tell that to someone who has survived a lighting strike seeing as lighting can strike at a billion volts+
  14. Something like a plug of some sort and need to mod the wrist rest as looks kinds weird how long it is.
  15. Here are some of the pictures i just took As you can see it needs a really good clean up but so far so good and works great still. Also i know my keyboard looks pretty disgusting lol
  16. Yet to do that but there is a support beam style thing that is left there once cutting so im thinking about using some epoxy and sticking a cut piece of plastic to it. Not sure on that part yet i need to still mod the wrist rest. I will get some pictures up as soon as possible just a pain having to take all the keys off again.
  17. Looks like there are a few people interested. I will have to take it apart again and show some pictures. Basically the K90 is a K60 the board its self is more or less the same. The macro key part is just a daughter board which connects to the main board via a ribbon cable. I just used a drill with a cutting blade and cut the part off. Very easy just need to do the same to the wrist rest and then clean it up and cover the small hole. Not sure if it has its own controller but im guessing it does but it would be on the main board. I would guess you could use an arduino and connect it up like that im not 100% sure.
  18. Got it before the k70 came out or i would have not bothered and im the sort of guy that would rather make the thing that i already have work how i would like rather than buy something new.
  19. For a long time i have always hated the K90s macro keys, takes up way to much space and i never use them. So i have not taken it off, it was not that hard but i still need to tidy it up but it looks a lot nicer. Once i am done i will update the thread with pictures of the finished product. If any one else is interested in doing this i can post some steps and information you need to know to do it.
  20. From what i have read now days SSDs last longer than HDDs (which i know first hand they do for sure) it does not do much to it most SSDs are rated for 5 years at a rate of 20GB writes per day. Raw images are pretty small so hitting 20GB a day will be hard.
  21. Most likely because you could get premium for free anyway i have 4 years worth lol
  22. Take a picture of the 2 stickers make it a little easier
  23. My board is an AM3+ board its like my 3rd motherboard with this CPU haha My board is a Asus M5A99X Evo R2
  24. I would suggest maybe one of the Sony NEX cameras they are very very good. http://www.amazon.com/Sony-NEX-5TL-Compact-Interchangeable-Digital/dp/B00ENZRP38/ref=sr_1_3?ie=UTF8&qid=1398696513&sr=8-3&keywords=sony+nex There is the cheaper NEX 3 if that is too much but they are great little cameras.
  25. Seeing as lightroom is more single threaded performance and that export and import are only really improved with drive performance i think i will just get a 250GB 840EVO to use as a scratch disk and get the 8320 as i know how to overclock. Thanks for the input guys.
