  1. thanks guys. yeah my room is usually pretty warm so that might be part f it too. have a nice day/life respectively.
  2. Alrighty so I'm moderately new to the PC thing, and I want to know if I should be worried about these temps? My cooler is The Corsair Hyper 212 EVO, my CPU is a 6700k, not OC'd yet. temps at Almost* Idle are around 43c. Under load I have reached around 84 peak, usually 81 stable. 1. with things such as Steam, Chrome, Discord and Task Manager open.
  3. i'll get back to you if i have anymore problems but, IT'S STILL WORKING TODAY :D
  4. This has been since we installed these wifi cards btw. so i purchased two Wifi cards for my mother's pc and my gaming pc right? well for some reason if we leave our pcs alone for even a day, the wifi stops working, it still connects to the networks and stuff, but it says no internet. i can list hardware names and stuff if needed. the only way to get it back to working is a reboot, but i don't always want to. such as when i had something open in chrome, that was not saved yet. any way to like reset the wifi card without a reboot?
  5. i would assume that would be healthy, why in the world would they sell a card to only use 75% of its potential? my 1070 is at full usage in most games i play, and i get great temps. just keep an eye out for high temps.
  6. i reccomend a razer deathadder chroma, very good quality.
  7. (OFF TOPIC) which color did you get of the case? i got the blue/black. it's very pretty.
  8. i'm the "tech guy" in my family and my grandmother has a galaxy tab 3, which one day just went into a boot loop, the issue here is that it has pictures on it that haven't been backed up. every time she turns it on, it just reboots over and over again. i can get to android recovery, i tried wiping the cache, that didn't work. we don't want to have to reset it.
  9. yeah, i didnt have any smoke or bad smells. but then what was the loud af pop?
  10. okay thanks, luckily i have a lower res monitor as a backup. ill have to get a new one or try to replace said capacitor?
  11. i was sitting in my room the other day and i heard a loud *POP* so i thought it might've been a capacitor in my monitor. a few minutes after the pop, the monitor now only shows green and red on screen.and it is also quite hot. i unplugged it for now to be safe.
  12. we have the same graphics card i like the fans, they're quiet unless i am doing some serious crap. rgb could be better though.
  13. like even in a sort of thing like linus did? for 2 gamers 1 cpu? where both cards are at full use?
  14. is it possible to run this setup with my current psu? :core i7 6700k, gtx 1070 for my host machine, and a single 8800gt for the guest machine. if you need any other specs to see what my power usage is just ask. psu is an evga NEX 650
