If I wasn't going to use a Ryzen 5 CPU, I would wait, but the CPU has no graphics, which means no PC Thanks for y'alls replies, I only have one more question relating to it, the TI one I linked doesn't really have many reviews, only 4, but 2 saying it isn't a good cooler. Should I still take the chance or pick a card with more reviews?

I'm searching for a new GPU, and I picked out a GTX 1070/1070TI The lowest priced 1070 on Amazon atm is $370. (EVGA GeForce GTX 1070 Gaming ACX 3.0 Black Edition) All the others are $399 or more. For the TI version I found one for $399 (PNY GeForce GTX 1070 Ti Graphics Card). After looking at their respective pages, they seem basically the same, however Normal benchmarks say the TI is abount 15/20% better overall. Is it just a really slow TI? Is there more than clock speed, memory(amount, bus, and speed) ? Are these two cards too cheap to be true? Side note, I found a hybrid 1070 for 430. While I'd like to stay sub 400, is the 30 over (assuming the $370 one is too good to be true) worth it?

Ryzen 5 1400 or 1600 for a multitasker?

Just wondering, about how much could I overclock the 1600, with the stock cooler? (Yes I know that there are other variables. I'm only looking for an estimate.) -
There's a $45 difference between the 1400 and the 1600. The 1600 has 2 more cores and 4 more threads. I usually have a game running, a browser, and a second light-weight browser. Although it's not uncommon for me to run two minecrafts and 2 mc servers (sometimes with another game also running). I also code apps as a hobby. Would it be worth the extra $45 for 2c/4t and a slightly higher clock speed?
