Mine was just a suggestion it depends on u to have it on or not! I dont mean than new builders shouldnt use new gen parts, But if u r someone who wants to know about stuff he/she should first learn through experimentattion and not by buying something that is already top of the line! hope u get it ! @Or Aviram yo, i hope you realize that the parts he is using arrent a mere joke a 6600k PROCESSOR not something that one should use jus for automatic already set overclocking standards. it should be utilizedd to its full potential

THEN WHAT I RECOMMEND IS NOT TO GO FORWARD WITH THIS BUILD ! Cause i am telling u it will turn out to be a just waste of your hard earned money! You are using a z170 MOTHERBOARD and a 6600"K" processor , that is like one should get when he is experienced enough in pc building. Overclocking with such processors requires some previous knowledge and a great amount of experience as the real fruit of overclocking comes with manual overclocking of such processors. So i recommend you to go for a simple build this time with second hand parts and build a cheap pc, that will help u learn a lot! I might seem like an asshole to u but i am doing my share as a kind person who doesnt want you end up wasting ur money!

compare the no ports you require and which one has more no. of powerr chokes(those metal cylindrical caps or blocks near the cpu) and the warranty and then choose among the two. Do see the customer reviews before selevting any motherboard! Now you are set to buy a good motherboard! Though both of them are real good motherboard's!

@DominicNikon okay cool! So if u have a cooling system then go for it, as i think once u engage in overclocking u crave for more(normally happens with all) so yes overclock with your cpu installed,

Hey just had a talk, they are having 4170 at a lower price and the 6100 too they are ready to give at a lower price! @Castdeath97 But why isnt a 7870k a better option ,like sure Intel is pretty high(in terms of performance). Please do answer this ! Thanks a real lot! Please help though

@RAAL4 yes it is, avtaully live in a middle eastern country here coumputer parts are expensive as hell! so yes if i was in U.S. i sure would have one for 6400. Yea so my parts list goes according to the processor i choose ill opt for a good ram if i take amd 7870k but will go for a cheaper ram if i go for intel! SO PLEASE HELP and do comment in perspective of future upraidibilty! Thanks !

hey ,i can suggest to not to go with 3 sticks option as that will actually result in drop down in perofrmance and the ram sticks will operate at the frequency of the ram with the lowest frequency ! so yes dual channel is the best option ! Ask the ppl who do 3-d modelling and animation or check up the ram usage on their(IF u have any friend who is into the stuff u do) computer by getting task manager(with their permission) and accordingly go for it! You can google it too! But yes nbest option is go for dual channel 32 gb kit thats the best!

Hey ppl i have decided that i will for sure build up a PC, my budget is around 300 us dollars and I wish to build to build this system with AMD'S 7870k but i was thinking to get an intel cpu so as ill have an option of future upgradibility as, if ill have to buy an intel chipset motherboard if i purchase an intel cpu so ill have option to upgrade to processors with the same socket! Is it a good thing to consider or should i go with amd cpu build, though FM2+ doesnt appear to get any processor any time in the future! Please help!

@DominicNikon Sorry for the real late reply, i guess you should check up on your heat output from the cpu after overclocking, though i guess it shouldnt be much but if u have a cooling system, then just put it on as it can help you with future overclocking! BTW is the processor a 6600k?

SO i have come to the conclusion that there is "NO UNIFORM STANDARD SET FOR THE BASE CLOCK SPEEDS FOR PROCESSORS FROM DIFFERENT COMPANIES" and thus i need to check up on the benchmarks according to my intended scenario!
