so steam is pushing its mobile authenticator up everyone's ass and it's annoying as fuck, first with trading now with market transactions. i removed this dumb shit for a reason. i had it for trading but it was so annoying, on my phone it was slow as fuck and took 15 min to load to confirm trades and to sell items on the market with more than whatever amount of money. they should let steam be how it used to be with only emmial confirmations or do something like make a message big and red saying this IF YOU DO NOT HAVE STEAM MOBILE AUTHENTICATOR ACTIVE AND TRADE/USE THE MARKET WE WILL NOT REFUND YOUR STUPID ASS SO DON'T EVEN MAKE A TICKET. id happy be a dumbass who takes that risk to not have to use that dumb ass mobile shit. i sell hella shit i made over $800 last year on the steam market and now i need this bullshit. sorry this is like a rant, there should be a rant sub forum on here

i just came back from making a pizza and i go on youtube then the video keeps freezing and goes to 144p i asked my dad if he was doing anything and all he has is a smartphone so it couldn't cause this. im not downloading or torrenting anything or uploading anything. no games running. its getting really annoying

It's kinda common knolageable. Put a fan on low and stand in front less air blows on you. Put it on high and more does. Thats why on a cpu cooler if you use 1 fan on full speed it will cool the same as having 2 fans at half speed on the same heat skink.

Yes the lower the speed the less air it moves at a time. The higher speed the more air or faster it will move air out of the case

i am not going to be using fans, the heat skins with no fan will be in the water and that will be cooling the CPU and GPU, id mount a CPU cooler on the GPU

i mean the parts them self. i kinda wanted to use something that has a risk factor. unlike a mineral oil pc that the parts are safe in it. like water if a part goes in water then RIP

is it pretty much like water? the whole purpose of doing it is like water and pc parts dont mix so i wanted a way to make a cool pc that like woah the parts are submerged in water (try not to show its in a casing protecting it.) just a cool hobby build. i know its not practical
