  1. Greetings! I decided to take that iPhone 5S I had laying around and try to bring it back to life. I changed its battery (the original one was dead) and when I turned on the phone I was presented with the restore screen. So I proceeded to install iTunes (installed yesterday and checked for updates today as well) and to do whatever their official guide tells me. (https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT203122 & https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT201444) this is what ended up happening (I used both, a authentic cable and an aftermarket one) None of the tips on the site help and I am left wondering what do I need to do..If anyone can help me I would greatly appreciate it!
  2. The mic does not display any green bars in the windows sound settings and it does not work in any app. I have Set the mic to defaultSelected "Do Nothing" in the communication tabThe Enhancement tab is non existent,so..Installed the latest drivers and updates & restarted my pc Plugged and unplugged everything. My mic is on "Continue Running when on battery power"My Mic balance is at 100Used the troubleshooter, it said I have no probs Reinstalling a fresh copy of windows 10 pro 64bitI am using an AT2020 on a M-Audio M-Track 2x2 Audio interface, and the mic displays green bars on the interface. My gain is at max there, with phantom power on.
  3. Greetings! Recently I have discovered my microphone is cutting pretty often while livestreaming and it's quite a pain to listen to. I have a M-audio Interfaced (plugs into the pc via usb), connected to a AT2020. I have tried a myriad of things, but nothing seemed to work: Switched the USB port from 3.0 to 3.1 Deleted the streamlabs cache and restarted Disconnected my webcam from the pc Removed all filters from the mic Checked the audio settings in windows Restarted my pc / Plugged unplugged my interface Tested the mic in audacity (works just fine there) Switched the software to Slobs to OBS And that's probably all of it. If you have any suggestions or tips, I would love to hear them. For any samples and tests, I have created this twitch account on which I've done all the tests.
  4. Greetings! I am on the market for a gaming gpu. I would like to reap the benefits of cuda cores, since I also do productivity tasks, but at the same time, I want raw perfomance in gaming. I also saw Linus' review on both the RTX 2060 and the 2070 (both within my budget range) and he doesn't really recommend them, and so it leaves me wondering..what are my options for about 500$ worth of budget?
  5. As for my GPU (RX 460) the max values are: Temp: 65C, Utilization:96% (while gaming the utilization goes to ~50%, it goes to 96 while loading the map)
  6. Greetings! I recently noticed that whenever I join a cs:go server with 18 or more players crammed up together, about after 10 minutes my fps goes from 220 to 120..And so it determined me to et HWM and run it on my second monitor while I play. Every time I did so and my perfromance went donwhill, my temps were super stable (50-55) and my utilization was fine (about <40% for all cores except the first core, which ramps up to 70%, the max value of it being 84%). It just got me wondering what is really going on.. As for my cs settings, I do have mat_queue is 2, and I have enabled multicore rendering, all my settings are low, 1280x1024 streched.
  7. Hey guys, with the leaks of the Ryzen 3000, I am super sure I want a cpu from that lineup, since I play cpu intensive titles and my current cpu does not stack up so well against them.. Question is, Is it worth getting the Ryzen 9 for gaming and streaming? I heard it's meant to compete with the i9, therefore not being directed towards gaming. But if I have the budget, will it give me more bang for the buck compared to a Ryzen 7?

    100FPS in CS with RTX2070 & Ryzen 5 1600..

Core distributing rose when I set the affinity to 6-11, with a perfomance which is on average now 180 (eyballed average, but still), so it did help quite a lot

@TH3R34P3R 90% usage on only one core in main menu with Multicore Rendering Enabled 70-90% usage on that very core and none other in the most stressful environment in cs 80-90% when Multicore Rendering is disabled ( perfomance did drop to 60-80 fps) ^^^^ Main menu, look at CPU1 in comparison with all the other 11. ^^ In came in a stressful environment, still the same situation. ^^^ Multicore Rendering Disabled (Did see a perfomance drop)

I did install ProcessLasso and all of the settings in the thread, but I get the same performance.
