If you can't boot into system with other media like a flashdrive or another hard disk, it can be an underlying problems like bios, or even hardware issues. It's barely possible that there is some problems on video output since you can change BIOS settings. If it still not work after reflashing the bios, you can swap hardwares once a time, like cpu, mb, ram, etc.

Have you tried reflashing the BIOS? Maybe flash the BIOS to other versions can help you.

I recently built a STX gaming machine, with AsRock Deskmini X300 and Ryzen 5 4650G. Due to the compact design of the case, there's a few choices of coolers I can buy like AXP90 or NH-L9a, and I have to overclock the GPU for the best graphic performance. However, none of those coolers I mentioned can handle this APU with such heat. With both AIDA64 and Furmark running, the temperature of cpu can easily reach 100 celsius which make me feel worried about it. So I considered to disable the hyper-threading mode of my cpu, or SMT mode for team red, which means I can decrease the power consumption of CPU and make temperature lower. And what makes me confused is, although I disabled the SMT Mode in UEFI, the operating system still detected all 12 threads. I even reflashed the bios but nothing happened. I don't know whether it's only happened to me or not. Maybe the motherboard has something wrong, but that's almost impossible since I've already reflashed the bios. So I think that maybe there's a limit in the cpu itself. I bought this CPU without package from taobao, or Ali-Express, which costs me 1500 yuan (about $230), and I do know that ryzen 4xxx APUs are only sold to OEMs. Maybe AMD add some restrictions for some reasons, or maybe I just did something wrong during the operation. Anyway, I can't find anything useful on the web so I have to post it at here, please tell me if you know what should I do.
