If you decided to deactivate the Membership and still was charged after this, contact us urgently - our Customer Support specialists will check the source of this, and if this was indeed a technical issue, the charges will be refunded. Re MattShnoop: Most likely you have deactivated the one-time Shield protection in the basket - if you paid with G2A Pay, you were also offered the option to activate the Membership service, which must have been active on your account before already. In that case the first month free offer does not apply and you pay for the firs month immediately following the transaction. This has nothing to do with the deactivation e-mail's arrival, which always takes a few minutes to arrive, no matter if the deactivation was started right after the activation or later.
