  1. OMG, seems like storage spaces took it over. Thanks
  2. Here you go, the one circled in blue is the drive
  3. Today I purchased a new Seagate Barracuda 2TB drive. I've attached it to my PC and started up my PC. I can view it on BIOS and device manager, however I cannot view it on Disk management to allocate it new volume. Can anyone help? Am i doing something wrong?
  4. My 680 died recently, and I'm looking for a new card to replace it. I have my eye on the 1060. Now here's the thing, I'm running on some what old hardware. I7 860 @ 3.66GHZ, meaning the motherboard is PCI gen2. I know that the 680 was compatible but not sure with the newer ones. Any suggestions would be appreciated.
  5. I am wondering if upgrading to windows 10 will void my warranty on my MSI GE60 Laptop, as it does not remain in its original state. Has there been any statements by any company on the matter of upgrading to windows 10?
  6. i will be getting some old pcs my self, i am planning to turn one into a media pc, allowing me to watch movies without needing to move my own pc. Another idea i have is to have a pc on my bed side. I will be mounting a monster onto an arm, so i would be able to position the display where i find comfortable at the time and move it aside, and it will be used for media consumption as well.
  7. I would be nice to have a video about antiviruses, comparing them seeing which one is best, pricing and also comparing how user friendly the user the user interface is. The format could be as several reviews or as one buyers guide.
  8. I found Linus, when I was looking a some cases, and dreaming of owning some of them. I like his format and personality, so i subbed. I've learn't a lot from him, and has helped me decide what my carrier will be. His format has change along the years but for the better. I like that he is honest about the product and and says what use cases an item can have. Congrats Linus and the entire team for the one million subs and keep up the good work.
  9. Never had a sony phone, would like to give them a chance
  10. My favourite thing is the slick design, not thick and houses some good old power. And that ips screen oh my!
  11. Found this amazing ad on polygon, it displays how lag in real life would effect our day to day life. Although it is an ad by a isp, it still shows the problem we are having today, hopefully some politicians see this and fix the internet problem we are having today and deicide to make a law about having faster internet. 12. Recently I got hold of a broken down laptop, what I have done is salvage what i could. I have see and read several articles about turning the laptop screen into a secondary screen for a pc. What I know so far is that I need an lcd controller board to be able to connect the screen to dvi/hdmi/vga. The problem I am having is finding a controller board which is compatible whit the screen I have (claa154wb08a). It seems to be that I am not able to find a board which is compatible. The closest one was with the same serial number but with an n at the end. I would like to get some help from someone who has done this before and could help me go through this process and find me a board which is compatible. Thank you!
