My current peripherals are: M-Audio Producer USB microphone (picked up from a pawn shop for USD50 -winning!) Phillips "DJ style" HDR headphones (kinda So-So but better than what I had before), a Microsoft Natural keyboard 4000 (I like the layout but the keys - and especially the key caps - are crap) and a very unremarkable Logitech Corded Mouse M500. As you can see, aside from the mic, which comes with a story and was needed for for my gig as an on-line DJ, my setup is as vanilla and ho-hum as it gets. I'm currently using a GTX 650Ti with 1GB VRAM. This answers the second part as to why I want a new video card - I'm already shopping/saving for one!

I'm a beginner online DJ (I'd plug the station, but I'm pretty sure that's not kosher) with a so-so rig that I'm sloooowly upgrading. one of the items I need is an SSD. I'm going to have to get one sooner or later, but I'm also POOR. That means that I'm upgrading piecemeal. Why do I want a FREE SSD? Because that'll let me buy a better video card that much sooner. Or more RAM. Prolly a Video card. I mean a 650Ti? Really?
