  1. I do not think that most of my engineering programs use the Gpu that much. They are more CPU bound. I think i need to sleep a night over this, but your opinion has helped me! Thank you!
  2. mostly Mobas, Starcraft 2 and older titles as i have a desktop at home at which i will be playing more demanding titles.
  3. Hi, I am a mechanical engineering student. I am looking for a two in one and i am now wondering what to buy. I will be doing some CAD (creo Parametrics etc.) and other engineering tasks on this mashine, but no super extreme stuff like Optimisations. Maybe some light on the road gaming. Now I have choosen either the Lenovo IdeaPad Flex 5 or the HP ENVY x360 15, both with i7 10th gen and MX330 GPus. I am wondering is this a good choice or would be an AMD Ryzen based modell be better? The main thing is, that i can not find any 2in1s with ryzen 4th and anything else than integrated graphics. Do you guys think i should go for one with a Gpu or skip it and go for Ryzen? Thank you gus for your opinion on this matter!
  4. Well as I said i had it replaced and i tested the cable with the old computer and it worked
  5. Hi thanks for helping me! Ever since I build my new Pc in late February I had an unstable Internet connection. The Internet connects normaly when I start the Pc, but when i surf the internet with chrome or firefox it just disconnects from time to time ( up to four times the minute but mostly 1 ervery 5 minutes). While playing games it is completly stable. When disconnected it tells me that the cable is not pluged in, but after a few second it reconects automaticly. My PC`s Components are: - Asus Maximus Hero 8 - I5 6600K @4.6 GHz (1.35V stable in Aida 64 and had not ever had a crash ) - 16 Gb hyper X Ram - Gtx 980 TI - Samsung 850 EVO (500Gb) - Windows 10 Pro (latest version and i re installed it once already) - Eset Smart Security ( I turned it off completly to test if the problems would disappear, but they didn´t) I have all the latest drivers for the Motherboard instaled. I also had it replaced, because the Asus support did tell me it probably is a broken lan connector but replacing it didnt fix it either. The problem has to be withe the Pc as the internet is working fine with the old one.
  6. Well i had a 7 year old 500gb drive in my Pc for so long and im going to build a new Pc in two weeks and i think this would be a perfect addition to my build.
  7. Hi, I wanted to know, if anybody had already tried to fit the Dark Rock pro 3 in the Obsidian series 450 D? Well in the product Informations the Cooler is 163mm high and the case supports coolers up to 165mm but that seems to be a very tight fit. Thanks for helping me!
