since this isn't an overclocked CPU, then a simple 212 would suffice. you could spend more for the air cooler, but fractional gains are considered.
for the GPU, spending $100+ to cool it won't yield more than 5-10fps (turbo boost)

since your climate is tough already, i wouldn't divert a lot of money into watercooling as ambient temps being high already won't do much to overall thermals.

thanks your all the advice guys. i was really just looking for some opinions on what route to take and it seems that you all suggest going the air cooling route and you guys did make some good point. i think i get a decent cpu air cooler and two of the best 140mm intake case fans i can get and run that at a high-ish rpm to increase air flow in the case.

once again thanks your all the advice guys

It would fit as long as you don't have tall motherboard heatsinks or RAM as it should just come to the very edge of the motherboard with standard push or pull.

The Obsidian series is actually meant for real water cooling setups, not all in ones, so there is plenty of room (I don't personally associate AIO with water cooling but field them separately, that has stayed true as I had several custom loops even with my move to the Kraken X61 as I downsized my main rig). As for the top, if you do use a 280mm rad, just keep in mind you will lose that top 5.25" bay.

Oh, and yes, from my research the X61 was the best performing AIO unit over the Corsairs, CoolerMasters, and so on. I've only needed fans replaced in NZXT cases and also fans for the X61(eventually swapped the X61 stock fans for EK Vardar F3-140ER), the service has been pretty decent and they have been very providing when things arose regarding their products. I will admit though, if customer service is big for you, Corsair's customer service is one of the best in the industry, I'd say they would be up there with EVGA.

well i think i got too excited. after clicking the "In Stock" option the only cards in my price range are the two 960. nothing wrong with the 960 but just a slight bump up from the 950 as i was planning. do you know how often the get back cards in stock. i would love to get my hands on the GTX 770 but its not in stock

UPDATE: well its seems thats i can't buy anything from evga directly since they don't ship to forwarding companies which is the only way for me to get my stuff shipped to my country.

i was kinda about to ask that too. i was just reading up on it and it seems that the z97 board is mostly intended for overclocking but i don't have an K series processor neither do i think i'll be upgrading to one anytime soon unless this one dies and i absolutely need a new cpu and a K series happen to be very cheap. i was planning to get a h97 board but wanted advice from persons who have done this kind of things before. i want it all to be compatible. also i did a bit of research on the R9 280x vs the GTX 950 i was planning to get. yes the 280x looks awesome and everyone says its a better card but the wattage is so much higher than the GTX 950. 90watt vs 250watt or something along that line. i'll need a much better power supply to run that which will cost me more both for the power supply and in power bill. i wish i could get it but its a bit hard for me to take that plunge. is there any other card that you guys would recommend that's move powerful but not gonna cost me alot in power?
