  1. Click the Search icon (magnifying glass) in the bottom left-hand corner of the screen and type "cmd" into the search bar. You'll see the Command Prompt app as the best match at the top of the list. Right-click on it and select Run as administrator. Depending on your computer settings, you may be asked to provide an administrator password before you can continue. A black box with a flashing cursor will open; this is the Command Prompt. Type “netsh winsock reset” and then hit the Enter key on your keyboard. Wait for the Command Prompt to run through the reset. Once it’s complete, you’ll see the message “Winsock reset completed successfully”. Restart your computer to finish. Give this a try and let me know how you go, could just be software related issues
  2. if you alt tab and get into task manager, under file theres a run option type explorer.exe does that bring your desktop back?
  3. 1. Copy your steam common folder YOURDRIVELABLEHERE:\SteamLibrary\steamapps\common to your external HDD 2. Download and install steam on new PC. 3. Make a folder somewhere on new PC called SteamLibrary. 3. In steam go to top left hand corner click Steam then in the drop down click settings 4. Click the Downloads Tab the up the top click Steam Library Folders 5. Click Add Library Folder 6. Browse to the folder you made called SteamLibrary click on it and click select in the bottom right hand corner of the popup This will add that folder to the Game installations. 7. Once you have done that go and copy your Games from External HDD to your new folder. 8. Restart steam. Games should appear in your library

  5. I recommend this too always have extra head room so if you want to upgrade a part later your not up for the cost of a new PSU too
  6. Usally you wont have to reseat the GPU usally you o this if its not detected but i would try it anyway
  7. Try re seating the GPU. and removing the overclock see if it improves any. in addition to this try setting the game recommended setting
  8. I Had the same issue with my system a few months ago. After trying a different PSU it ran fine, So my guess would be a power supply issue
