  1. So a question and a discussion starter, I've got a Asus B450-F Mobo, following from Linus' most recent video regarding CPU info does the '450' part of my Mobo make it a 400 series chipset? And such will fit a 5000 Series CPU? Might be a stupid question but I'm being dense atm and can't find something consice online about it... Are YOU going to upgrade to Zen 3? If so what are you upgrading from?
  2. No worries bud, same likewise (Slow reply) - Glad you got it sorted!
  3. Have you tried DVI? What ports does your monitor have?
  4. Try a different screen if you have one? Even a TV? Also, am I being stupid or is this running on intergrated graphics?
  5. My first rig I got prebuilt when I was 14 (2014) Some random Bitfenix Case FX-8350 500gb HDD (Not even sure which one) AMD Rx250iCooler BeQuiet 500W PSU 8GB DDR3 1600Mhz TeamElite RAM I upgraded the PSU (Which died), put a 240GB Kingston SSD and 2tb HDD, got a H80i cooler and a Radeon card (380X maybe? Can't really remember) Now I run: Phanteks P440A Asus B450-F Mobo AMD 3600x (Stock cooler) WD Blue 1tb M.2 ROG 750W 80+ Gold Gigabyte 2060Super (Gonna upgrade soon, waiting for Navi to release) TeamElite 3200Mhz 16GB (2x8GB)
  6. Already done that, still isn't working. D:
  7. Yeah it is, well it's set to speakers as the name 'HD Audio Device' isn't there and it was set to speakers before it stopped working.
  8. Hey guys, having an issue with a PC I'm using atm - sound isn't working. Tried different ports, different wires, different speakers, different headsets and it can't be the speakers. I also went into BIOS and made sure the HD AUDIO was enabled, and it was, looked round and found no other Audio switches, checked the wires on the inside of the PC, it's not them. Screenshot of speccy below;
  9. So guys, which brand will you get more bang for your buck with? I'm currently have the AMD FX-8350 clocked to 4.7 with a Corsair H75 and I'm gonna buy a GTX 970 4GB but my mate reckons it'll bottleneck, so I've got 2 questions; 1. Will the FX-8350 bottleneck the GPU? 2. Which brand gives you more bang for your buck (CPU and MOBO)
