    I reinstalled since I'm switching the boot drive from the Hyperx m.2 to the EvO 970
     
    I leave the pump on performance and the fans on silent.

    The Samsung gets up to 3.4 gbps vs a sata ssd's 560mbps. 
     
    I use.2 because my case only has 2 drive slots and one is filled with a 3.5 and the other is the NZXT controller.

    Would the i5 8600k be better suited or should I stick with the i7 8700k?

    I bought a R5 220 and its working perfectly. It is only being used to watch youtube videos and browsing the web.
