  1. @Eighjan So it works fine now after plugging the two other drives in. Thanks for the help. I am going to put the side panels on and try it again once its all put togehter. Odds are something else will break, but let's have our fingers crossed. Thanks again for the help!
  2. I unplugged the other two hard drives and it booted up no problem to the OS. I am going to plug them back in and see what happens. I can't put the SSD in position 0 atm, as I only have 90 degree SATA cables and it needs a straight one to fit in lol.
  3. I don't have anything running in any kind of raid configuration, so I don't believe so. I am using the computer to ask this, so I will try that and report back lol. I got the drive to show up in the boot priority, but for whatever reason it send me to the BIOS and has me select it in the boot menu. Will post pictures.
  4. Currently 4 SATA ports are being used, one of them being for front panel ESATA. 2 are HDDS in position 8/9, and the other is the SSD in position 1. No M.2 drives. GTX 960 in PCIe 16x
  5. This system has been a work computer for about 3-4yrs now never really having an issue. He said it crashed and then when rebooting it occured. It's a crucial 1Tb ssd
  6. System is a 6800k paired with an Asus X99 Sabertooth motherboard. When booting it auto sends to the BIOS, and two out of three drives do not show up in the boot menu. However, when I go to the boot override, it shows up just fine and boots no problem. What do I need to do? Note this is my father's computer, not my own. He says that sometimes it crashes with it saying something along the lines of overclocking?? I Don't have this overclocked to the slightest. SOLVED: Unplugged the two harddrives, let it boot with just the SSD. Shut it down, plugged the other two in, bingo bango bongo it works.
  7. It came with a basic 120mm fan that I am assuming doesn't have a very high CFM, which is why I am thinking about replacing it. If you look at the Elite 110, you will see that the only place that it is possible to put a fan is in the front, as the back of the case consists of the PSU, motherboard, and GPU outputs/inputs.
  8. Hi, I recently put together a system with the following specs: (it's the 12nm 1600, not the 14. Idk where it is on PCP) PCPartPicker Part List: https://pcpartpicker.com/list/TRGNWb CPU: AMD Ryzen 5 1600 (14nm) 3.2 GHz 6-Core Processor Motherboard: MSI B450I GAMING PLUS AC Mini ITX AM4 Motherboard ($129.99 @ B&H) Memory: ADATA XPG Z1 16 GB (2 x 8 GB) DDR4-3000 Memory Storage: Kingston A400 480 GB 2.5" Solid State Drive ($57.99 @ Newegg) Video Card: Asus GeForce GTX 1650 SUPER 4 GB Phoenix OC Video Card ($164.99 @ B&H) Case: Cooler Master Elite 110 Mini ITX Tower Case Power Supply: EVGA 500 W 80+ Certified ATX Power Supply ($40.98 @ Newegg) Total: $393.95 Prices include shipping, taxes, and discounts when available Generated by PCPartPicker 2020-04-03 02:48 EDT-0400 Temps have gotten to about 80~ on the GPU, and about 70~ on the CPU. Do you think that I should invest in a new front 120mm fan? Currently I am just using the stock fan that came with the case. If so, what would be a good option? I know the temps are within a reasonable range, I just want to be safe with them, rather than sorry.
  9. I intended to get the AF version, didn't realize I had the wrong one selected. The reason I chose the single 8GB stick for RAM would be to allow for expand ability later. If it really makes that big of an impact, I will save my pennies and get another stick. Any SSD that is a good deal right now about the same price? I have used that exact PSU in a gaming build before, and didn't have any issues. I will keep it on there unless it causes me issues. Monitor is required, the current one I use has issues making it not usable for gaming, more of a second monitor for my spreadsheets when I work on them.
  10. I hadn't realized that it wasn't the AF version. Upon searching, it looks like the AF isn't even on PCP. But it was my intention to get the AF. I didn't know about the Amazon thing, but I am in no rush so I wouldn't mind waiting.
  11. 1. Budget & Location Looking to spend less than $650, and I think with what I have here I can do that. Located in USA, so looking to ship just about everything from Amazon. 2. Aim Title says it all, will be completely for playing games, maybe some recording and streaming. I don't need to max out settings for games like PUBG, only thing I am looking to max out is Minecraft, CSGO, and WoT. I'm OK to turn down settings to stream. 3. Monitors I already have a monitor, I am looking to get a new one for under $100 that is 1080p and at least 20". The one I have in the PCP list looks like it fits my bill, but it has been a while since I have been parts shopping so who knows. 4. Peripherals Will already have a windows license. 5. Why are you upgrading? Currently have two laptops, an MSI (GE72VR 6RF Apache Pro) one with a 1060 and 6700HQ, and an Acer one that is a bit lower spec, mostly used for schoolwork and Minecraft on the go. I am looking to keep the Acer one as my dedicated school laptop, move my MSI one to my TV as my emulator station and basic browsing/file storage. This new one will just be to play games, don't want to store files on here at all other than games. 12. I was drunk when I made this, forgot to mention I wanted to try to go the used route.
  13. cheap as hell! lookin to spend as little as possible, anywhere between 200-500 USD. Location has no local used sales, so will have to be all online (ebay etc).
