  1. Thanks for the information guys. Guess I will have to time getting a coffee with the booting of the PC.
  2. Forgive me if this has been discussed before. I have done some cursary googling but not some up with much in the way of solutions, just people talking about the problem. So today I built a brand new PC and its flying, I have set up Red Hat Hyper-V VMs, done some gaming etc, and this PC has not missed a beat. Here are the system specs. However. It is taking upwards of 30 seconds to boot. Is there anyway to improve this? It is slower than my 3700x system, noticeably slow. Once it boots, perfect. Only UEFI settings I have changed are setting the RAM to 6000 and disabling the iGPU. I also did update the UEFI to the latest version but no change. So if anyone has any solutions or if there's a setting I should change, please let me know. Thank You.
  3. You have made a slight mistake. You typed a forward slash (/) after OOBE not a backslash (\). Forward slashes are not used that often in anything command prompt related. Give it a go with a backslash.
  4. I decided to give Windows 11 a go on my Samsung Galaxy Book Pro. So far its okay. Just feels like a re-skinned Windows 10. Should of really been called Windows 10.1 or something to be honest. It works I just wish there was some serious competition for Microsoft.
  5. But with a discrepency of 900 points though? that seems very high. Also surely I shouldnt have like a 300 or so point lead over him in Superposition if his GPU is meant to be much better than mine. The only benchmark that makes no sense when we compared was heaven.
  6. Me and a friend of mine both ran Heaven 4.0 and compared our scores. He is running a GTX 1080 TI and an Intel 7900X CPU. I am running a Ryzen 7 3700X and a RTX 2070 Super and here are the scores. https://i.imgur.com/dBw8AuV.png - 2070 Super - 3206 https://i.imgur.com/RPlCMza.png - 2080TI - 4133 I was wondering why is there such a massive discrepency between the 2 scores. We both ran Superposition and my GPU won hands down but for whatever reason my heaven runs seem to be borked and can't figure out why.
  7. Hey guys so I have my new PC full built and completed (Specs in my signature) and after looking at reviews I have noticed sometimes my score match and sometimes they are a little lower (maybe margin of error) so I was just looking for confirmation that my PC is performing as expected. I'll link some benchmarks below. 5938 - 3DMARK Port Royal https://www.3dmark.com/pr/187443 27788 - 3DMARK Fire Strike https://www.3dmark.com/fs/21219925 10145 - 3DMARK Time Spy https://www.3dmark.com/spy/9674504 4648 - 3DMARK Time Spy Extreme https://www.3dmark.com/spy/9674615 I got a 5050 Score in Cinebench R20 as well. Just lookng for a sanity check.
  8. I posted earlier in the thread about wanting to upgrade my GPU. Just ordered a 2070 Super!
  9. I recently purchased a 120mm AER RGB 2 Fan to use as a rear exhaust to go in my H510 Elite case which came with 2 AER RGB 2 140mm fans already in the front and I went to connect them all up and I found that the cable for the daisy chaining for my rear fan will not reach the front fans at all, its a good few inches shy of even coming close as the cable for daisy chaning is routed behind my motherboard tray. One of the reasons for purchasing this fan was to be able to daisy chain it up for syncronus lighting effects yet there was no extension in the box either? Sort of wondering how I am meant to connect them all together without having to have them on seperate lighting channels I cant even find purchasable extensions online for these fans.
  10. I will deffinately give the aggressiveness and mimo changed a try if the driver update doesnt help. I'm honestly questioning what the hell TP Link are doing the driver download from the TP Link website was much larger than the dowload from the intel website for the same thing by like 100MB Thanks for your help so far. I can fix most things with a PC but when it comes to networking I am a bit of a dud aha.
  11. One thing I have literally JUST noticed is the Driver from the TP Link website that I got from the support page for this card is Dated as "24/04/2019" (UK Layout) however when I googled "Intel Wi-Fi 6 AX 200 Driver" and went to the intel website they have one from October. I am going to try that.
  12. Set to Medium 3/5. I've not changed this setting so that would be default. I've also turned off this setting the other day hoping it would help This was set to Auto but ill try turning this off to see if it helps.
  13. Appologise for the late reply my job sometimes require me to stay overnight at work and sleep so I have not been at home. Anywho I have max signal strength to my router and the only thing between me and my router is wooden floring as it is basically in the room right below the room my PC is in. I've also double checked and made sure everything is connected as it should be nothing was loose. I does not even seem to be doing it at a set interval the connection drops happen at random times too. I even turned this setting on to no avail. I have even tried every one of these options thinking maybe my router just does not like AX Connections to no avail.
  14. I doubt it since my old network adapter never had any issues with a dropped connection :/.
  15. I purchased this network adapter the other day and have Installed it in my PC and no matter what settings I change it always drops connection. I have tried setting the wireless speed all the way down from AX to AC to N to G and it just still keeps dropping. I've also reinstalled the intel drivers and the same thing keeps happening? Any ideas on the cause?
