  1. Have you tried updating the BIOS? Check for a enable USB 3.0 option?
  2. I think you need to clear the CMOS, revert your BIOS back to optimised defaults and don't touch anything in the BIOS that you don't know what it does.
  3. Update the wireless driver manually through 'Device Manager' either getting Windows to do the update or get the driver for it. Edit: Most likely the latter.
  4. A Razer Blade. The last laptop I owned was an Apple iBook G4 so a Blade would be a good improvement to game with at LAN's.
  5. Well your motherboard will still have 5v being input so you might have a BIOS function to allow some sort of run down or cool down after shutdown.
  6. Wow that is some seriously epic corrosion. The idea of water cooling is to get a metal block and have water pass through that for cooling, not submerge your card in water lol. Best of luck with RMA but I don't see it going far.
  7. Your dreaming if you think you get something "futureproof" with a K class chip and motherboard for around $800 in Aus. Best recommendation would to be to buy a secondhand laptop with reasonable specs.
  8. Been running NOD32 Smart Security (upgraded from Anti-Virus) for a number of years, it picked up a number of threats that free AVG didn't (not surprising) and malwarebytes. Been brilliant, uses virtually next no system resources whilst doing continual background scans, highly recommended paid version of anti-virus.
  9. May I please receive my F@H badge, my ID is Levi_Baker.

  10. The single issue I have had with my AC68 is needing to uninstall it. Computer Management > Device Manager > Network Adapters > right click the 802.11ac adapter and go uninstall and then restart your computer.
  11. Have you tried the AC68 in a different PCIe slot? Put it in your current GPU slot and move the GPU to the secondary position
  12. My original post was over a month ago (April 6th) and given the person above that post asked for their initial badge 1 day prior (April 5th) and have theirs, I believe I have waited and been patient. I also asked nicely in my second post.
  13. Have GPU (display) connectors been done before? Display Port, HDMI, DVI-D, DVI-I, VGA, etc.
