that wouldn't be enough make sure you buy the 2 petabytes of google drive just to backup all your files through your 10 terabit internet. 

this is the usual mac hater nonsense. they are very capable computer and like anything they have an environment within which they strive. a music producer would undoubtedly want to go with mac an so would a lot of creative professionals and that is that. 
there is something to be said about the build quality of macs and the engineering that goes behind them. even the $1000 macbook pro looks much better and is but a lot better than pretty much any of its competitors in the same price range. 
there is also the use case where if you are not a completely tech savvy person and all you want to do is just browse the web and work on basic things like office and other such productivity based tasks, you would prefer to go through the easier and unified experience that is mac os x. windows has a lot of its advantages but the truth is that now everybody is comfortable dealing with even the small intricacies in windows. as for viruses, there are some present but the goal of virus is to reach as many people as possible to be as effective as possible to the creator since macs are a much smaller share in the computer market, they are targeted less. i have been a mac and pc user for about 3 years now and in that time i have seen one virus on my mac but about a few dozens every year on my pc.
there is really no need to hate on a product for such stupid reasons. not everyone thinks in this monotonic way. people are ready to adapt if and when there is a need for it. 

well cooling a gaming notebook is a double duty. you have to cool both the cpu and the gpu and the razer blade stealth has a much better time with cooling because- 
a) the only thing that the laptop has to cool is a cpu that is muc easier
b) the cpu itself would not be that loaded since, most games in my opinion are more gpu intensive than cpu intensive.

i have used every damn mac and windows os for the past 10 years. windows is pretty great but a macbook is much better for use as a laptop. i have a 2015 macbook pro 13" and i love it. it is just a no bullshit computer unlike a pc which works well when you are travelling and dont have to face any bugs. if you are really into word processing pages is a god send. and the macbook pro's keyboard is next to none. 
you don't even have to shut it down every time, i sometimes leave my macbook is sleep mode for like a week or more without much loss of battery.
seriously, get the macbook it is a steal. @a/c
