  1. Try using pc parts picker, scroll to the bottom for some compatibility notes. I don't see any glaring issues. Be sure to get a cpu cooler though https://pcpartpicker.com/list/tB4fFg
  2. Interesting, I haven't seen that design before. What model/brand drive is that? You can try prying/rotating the thing on top of the spindle to see if it moves. I wouldn't recommend it, but some brute force with a common screwdriver and a hammer may make some progress lol
  3. I was wondering if anyone here knew of a phone that I could buy same day and activate on Mint Mobile with an eSIM under $200? I tried craigslist, and FB marketplace, but my area is crap and doesn't have any eSIM capable models for under $600. Context: I sent my Pixel 4XL in for RMA today, and it will be probably wednesday before I get a new phone back. I don't have a physical sim with Mint Mobile, and I would probably recieve my new phone around the same time as a physical sim if I ordered one. I need a phone for 2FA and for emergencies. Thank you for any help you can provide in the comments below
  4. I'm an Arris fan https://www.amazon.com/dp/B00MA5U1FW/ Don't buy the 6190 due the issues with the Intel PUMA chip.
  5. And again All these new signups due to the migration must be hitting them hard
  6. I found the free version it's buried https://www.easeus.com/partition-manager/epm-free.html
  7. Just downloaded the software again and ran into the same issue. They must have changed their licencing model. It used to be freeware under X devices and their were some pro features
  8. Are you over the device limit for the trial? I use it all the time and haven't bought a licence. Probably should now that I think of it. It's good software
  9. Try EaseUs it tends to work when windows is being weird https://www.easeus.com/partition-master/format-hard-drive-in-windows-10.html
  10. Have you tried this https://www.howtogeek.com/171924/how-to-reset-your-web-browser-to-its-default-settings/
  11. I would check/remove any proxy settings https://www.expressvpn.com/support/troubleshooting/google-chrome-no-proxy/ I would also try a custom DNS like 1.1.1.1 https://www.windowscentral.com/how-change-your-pcs-dns-settings-windows-10
  12. What software are you using to format the drive?
  13. The R5 2600 doesn't have integrated graphics so the motherboard outputs will not work. Try putting in a different graphics card.
  14. Unplug all usb devices, slowly add back to find the affected device
  15. I would demand that the only way you are willing to pay is over a Paypal invoice and that you would be willing to help cover the fees. If refuses this arrangement it is without a doubt a scam
  16. I would have him send you a Paypal invoice so you are protected by Paypal. It can take a month to get your money back if it falls through but at least you are protected. The seller would have to pay Paypal a percentage of the sale. Do not do a deal over Paypal Friends & Family
  17. It may be an external factor like a microwave or someone walking between your computer and the router. You can try switching what band you are connecting to see if that fixes it. 2.4Ghz can penetrate better through walls and people, while 5Ghz is more resistant to interference from a microwave. What is your connection strength for both bands?
  18. You probably have more than one wifi adapter or an unused vpn adapter. Open Network Connections and disable any unused adapters. To open network connections 1. Press Windows Key(Flag) and R 2. Type ncpa.cpl in the box 3. Press ok To disable a unused adapter 1. Right click on the adapter 2. Disable
  19. Did you unplug the extender and see if you have internet?
  20. You can reset your router back to factory settings and get internet working again. Then when you have time to troubleshoot and have possible downtime setup the WiFi extender. I can't think of why a Wifi extender would cause so much trouble. I will do some research on the Netgear nighthawk x4 WiFi extender to see where you could have went wrong.
