What's Your Favourite Password Manager?

Personally, i used intel's truekey. I thought it was great, until i got bored of having it go all weird and not log on to my site when i want it to. i went back to using the ol' brain method, remembering 1 master password and adding things to each, for a example, one of my passwords could be "HydYenDkeEni#8394******* " . The stars can be something like GmaiL1 if it was gmail, or Fac3book0 if it was facebook. The password would be changed alot too. -

The phone i have and use is a S4, and i was using my phone and it turned off. It was at 80% charge. I take out the battery and put it back in, and try to turn it on. Nothing happens, so i look it up on the good ol google! I attempted to take out the battery and hold the power button for 30 seconds and put the battery back in, but the phone vibrates, shows the S4 logo for a second, and turns off. I am able to get into download mode but the phone powers off almoast instantly no matter what. Recovery mode shows that its booting but again turns off after a few seconds. I have tried multiple usb cables and outlets aswell. I dont have another battery to test. I'm out of ideas at this point. Anybody know how i could fix it or what the problem is? Thanks.

Understand that many apk's are infected, and is almost unnoticeable. https://www.cnet.com/how-to/how-to-find-out-if-your-google-account-has-been-hacked/ I'm not sure if it would apply to chromebooks, probably not. run a check on those packages. -
