How do i know the ip4 server number

Is there a faster dns for euw( i live in west germany) and my speed is just so slow ( like 1 min for google search)

My ping is good, but all websites load so slow and when i change to automatic dns server, it shows dns problems

In my ping test i have some replies that i have eithrr around20 ms with ttl 53 The host didnt rewpond or Overtime

And do u think my problem came from my powerline because all was fine a week before(have the powerline since may)

Hello I now have google ip4v and ip6v dns server that works My powerline is ok, but now its so slow i cant do a thing what would u recommend me ( and should i have ip6v enabled for things like lol) Plz help me two days i search for an answer

Hello i run my pc via powerline/internet since 8 months without problems but today it stopped working even if it shows me i am connected to the internet when i wanna google something it says dns problem and all my applications like steam or avast can t connect to the internet ipv4 and ipv6 woorks, all led on the powerline are green and by connecting my pc to the router by wifi or direct lan it works plz help me
