  1. Hi! I bought a used i7-6700 and now sometimes my PC freezes for a second and i can also hear the sound get stuck in my headset. It happenes like 1-3 times everyday. I have been using the G4560 cpu but i wanted to upgrade so that's why i bought i7-6700 OEM for like $190. I think i've got problem with temperatures. With the g4560 cpu on idle it was around 27-30°C or maybe less. And now with this "new" cpu in idle it sits around 38-40°C. I watch sometimes the temperatures while playing and the i7-6700 sits around 60-65°C but the max i saw was 67°C. I can hear the fan spinning up and down even when i don't even play any game just watch youtube or browse. That didn't happen when i was using the g4560. I have the stock intel heatsink on this CPU(the one that came with g4560). I can clearly hear it spinning louder than it did with the g4560 cpu. If that's the problem then i think i'll buy a Cooler Master Hyper TX3 EVO and hope that helps. Or maybe a corsair H55 liquid cooler, becasue that might fit in my case. Does anyone have any suggestion? Maybe i can somehow stress test the cpu and also watch how fast the fan is spinning? Or is there any cpu benchmarkign software that would scan the cpu if it has any failure?
  2. Yeah yeah. That's what i was thinking of. I'll just get the g4560 and maybe this christmas i'll build another computer but with a ryzen cpu.
  3. Hi! I have an old ddr2 system and I would like to build a new system. I got a Zotac gtx 1050 ti OC. I would like to build a new ddr4 system but i can't decide which CPU to buy. I was thinking to get the intel g4560. Its a great value a lot of people say. I can belive that, i've seen a lot of reviews and comparision videos but in most cases they don't show the minimum fps. The maximum CPU i would go is an i5-7500. Or i could save some money to get an i5-6400. Any recommendations?
  4. Hey! I wish to build my first computer. I live in Hungary and prices usually cost more than in any other country so I always try to look for the best value. First of all i know people are saying that to wait for Ryzen, but i can't wait anymore. The high end CPUs and motherboard will probably cost more than it should in my country... I've been planning to build this PC for a loong time. At first i was gonna go for the least expensive PC that i could build but even a $450 build would cost around $650 in my country So i decided to make one that I could upgrade later. The thing is that I do care about aesthetics and I kinda like the RGB lighting on some motherbaords. I'll insert here a picture of what are my options. Some notes: The ram does not matter as long as 8gb each one and the G.Skill you can see is the cheapest one i could buy. I don't really feel like the Case matters so much but the Corsair 400c looks nice. Also the Power supply, I could probably "cheap out" on it by buying a 600W 80+ bronze one and add another gtx 1070 without any problem, but I would rather buy that Evga 750W Gold rather because it's not a lot more money and I could probably save some money over the years + if I ever want the i could add another gtx 1070(well with 750W i could run 2x gtx 1080 :P) I know it might look stupid and Wait for ryzen, but as long as games don't use more than 2-4 cores + 8 threads then i don't care about ryzen CPUs.
  5. Well. The 1080 doesn't really worth it. Just for a little example, you can buy the 1070 for like $400 and the 1080 for $600 maybe? You pay 50% more for like 25% more performance. The 1080 doesn't worth it in my opinion. I would like to get the buy the 1070 later on this christmas, hopefully with a good discount. There is a few games that i would like to play that support SLI too and i would buy another 1070 Later, not the same time when i could afford the first. But thank you for your comment, i might concider to buy a cheaper SLI capable Z270 motherboard. For ryzen, well i don't really know man. I really don't. Thanks for your opinion again.
  6. Hi! I wish to get a PC that i can use for gaming. I've seen some good budget oriented builds and high end ones on youtube. Like this budget one. It's a good build, it doesn't cost much even in my country. I also have an ssd for the OS + games to boot faster. Now i could buy this setup without any problem even now. It's a pretty good build. I could add + 2x4gb ram later on. There is are probably upgradeability path for this machine with an i5 or i7 non-K cpu + rx 480 or maybe a gtx 1070 or at least 1060. And that's it, a fairly good performing pc and life is good. I could even add some RGB led lights into the case or more hdd/ssd. Well the problem comes when I try to build a "high end" PC. Well the maximum i would go is this build. It's pretty good for the price. The problem is i can't afford it. Well i can't afford it right now. I could actually do something like make the base of the build. I was thinking of a configuration like this one. Let's call it "Base build" Please note that these aren't the prices in my country. I could get some of them for less or more. There was a discount for the Samsung 850 evo 250gb SSD and i was able to buy it for $16 less. I'll list the rest of the prices in my country, but they usually cost more than on amazon or neweg.. With that last configuration i could add another 8gb ram stick in a couple months. I could also wait for christmas or black friday and buy the rest of the build, like the GTX 1070 + I7-7700k + the H80I V2 liquid cooler and more storage. Please note that I have a 720p monitor at the moment, so the base build would be more than enough for 720p, i would also like to buy a 1080p or 1440p later on with the rest of the build. Now i would like to get to the part where i list all the prices converted from my country to us currency: So this build costs like $817. Yeah it's pretty sad. But it's still better than the one i showed for high end, that would convert to like $1,814. Even though on the pc partpicker it shows less. Here comes the alternative part list: The problem is that the ASUS ROG STRIX Z270E GAMING mobo costs like $246 in my country. I could get a GIGABYTE GA-Z270X-Ultra Gaming mobo that costs roughly $185. I know that there are cheaper options, but this mobo supports SLI. I was thinking to get another gtx 1070. I know some poeple gonna say that i shouldn't get it because SLI doesn't work with all games, but i would rather have another gtx 1070 and gain 40%-60% performance in most games than buy a gtx 1080. (there is like 20%-29% performance difference between the gtx 1070 and gtx 1080). Well when i buy the I7-7700k i could either buy the hyper 212x to save some money or go with the liquid cooler(which would be nice) later on. From the high end build i could also switch from the ASUS gtx 1070 to a gigabyte or a zotac gtx 1070 to save more money. But wait! What aboud Ryzen? Well since it has not come out yet, since we don't know the exact price, the exact performance compared to intel's cpu, i don't know. I really don't know. You know it might be performing better. Just a little bit. Maybe you can see a difference in benchmarks. But in real world performance? Nah, not really. At least not as much as it would be nessecarry to game or to do everyday tasks. I mean i get it that it should come out soon. Or maybe not as soon as i think. But still, i don't think it should be recommended until it's released and tested against intel's products. Final thought: So what do you guys think? I think it's a pretty good idea, but i might be wrong. I could buy the Asus mobo into the Base build but i feel like i would waste money. It's not like i need all those features that the Asus board has but they would be nice. I like the Gigabyte mobo as well because it has a lot of uniqe specifications and i like the rgb lighting on it. Well i like both boards but i don't know if i should go with the Asus board since it costs like $61 more.
  7. OH and i could also add another gtx 1070 next year. Which would be nice.
  8. Hi guys! I would like to build a PC. It's kinda hard to decide what to build, since i don't have enough money to build like a $1,500 PC. I've seen some budget build on youtube just around $400-$550. Those seems to be pretty good, but not as good as something I could build. I mean I could build it but I don't have the $$$ to buy it at once. I was thinking to buy a few parts of a high end pc and later on buy the rest of it. Well it might be a good idea but i'm not really sure if i should even bother with it and actually make it or not because of the price differences between each part is ridicilous. I was also thinking to build a somewhat power efficient build like this: -Intel Pentium g4560 -gtx 1050 ti -MSI B250M PRO-VDH -2x4gb 2400mhz kingston ram -be quiet bn267 power supply -zalman z1 neo -samsung 850 evo 250gb ssd -1TB WD blue hdd Now i could buy this setup without any problem even now. It's a pretty good build. For now i don't even have a 1080p monitor, just a 720p. So for my 720p monitor this is an amazing build and i could add + 2x4gb ram later on. There is are probably upgradeability path for this machine with an i5 or i7 non-K cpu + rx 480 or maybe a gtx 1070 or at least 1060(but i would rather not buy the 1060). And that's it, a fairly good performing pc and life is good. I could even add some RGB led lights into the case or more hdd/ssd. Well the other build that i would like to build does costs more. I could possibly save some money by buying less expensive components. For example i would like to get an Z270 motherboard with a I7-7700K cpu. But there is a lot to chose from. For example ASUS has a dozen of this motherboard. They cost differently because of the features they have. I would go with asus rog strix z270e gaming motherboard maximum. But there are also cheaper choices like the Gigabyte ga-z270-gaming k3 motherboard that has everything that i might need. Just it doesn't support SLI, it only supports crossfire. But then ther is the gigabyte ga-z270x-ultra gaming motherboard that supports sli but it costs like $40 more. Also, why would I choose an i7? I know that the i5 is enough for gaming, i could just go with an i5-7600k, but i would rather have those extra threads for smoother gameplay. I know an i5 would be just fine enough, but the problem is that te i5-7600k costs almost $300 in my country it's too much for that cpu. The i7-7700k costs like $405. Which isn't that bad considering it costs like $350 in general. Well here is the build that i would do maximum: -Intel I7-7700k -ASUS STRIX-GTX1070-O8G-GAMING -ASUS ROG STRIX Z270E GAMING -2x8gb Kingston savage 3000mhz ram. -be quiet! Pure Power 9 700W (BN269) -Corsair Spec-01 Case -Samsung 850 evo 250gb ssd -2tb of WD blue hdd OR Seagate BarraCuda 2TB -Cooler Master Hyper 212x cpu fan cooler OR Corsair H80i V2 liquid cooler. Now this is a really great build. I could add + 2x8gb of kingston 3000mhz ram + another GTX 1070 and more storage + even more RGB lighting and such. The psu should be able to hold everything(at least i hope it's enough). Well as you can see this is a really good build, but a little bit expensive. Like i said before, I could get some cheaper components. For example i could switch the motherboard with an gigabyte ga-z270x-ultra gaming. Or i could get a cheaper gtx 1070 like the ZOTAC GeForce GTX 1070 AMP Edition and i could cheap out on the cpu cooler with the cooler master hyper 212x, since it costs less than the h80i v2. These are all and nice specs. Well with that out of the way i would like to actually build the pc. But i can't buy everything together. I was thinking, what if i buy now a few parts now and later the others. Oh and like i said before i have a 720p monitor at the moment, but i would also like to buy one next christmas or black friday. One that's either 1080p or 1440p. But i will look into monitors later. So this is what i would build for now: CPU - Intel g4560 GPU - gtx 1050 Ti Motherboard - ASUS ROG STRIX Z270E GAMING OR gigabyte ga-270x-ultra gaming(because i could save some money with this gigabyte motherboard) Ram - 1x8gb ddr4 3000mhz kingston savage ram PSU - be quiet! Pure Power 9 700W (BN269) Case - Corsair Spec-01 Case SSD - Samsung 850 evo 250gb HDD- NOTE: I already have one WD blue 500gb HDD, so i could buy HDD later on an save money for now. Cooler - Well, for this setup the stock cooler that comes with the g4560 is enough. And later on i could swtich the cpu for the i7-7700k and the gpu to a GTX 1070. I could also add another 8gb stick without waiting for christmas. And i could add +2x8gb later on. Well like i said i could even buy the ASUS motherboard, but if i buy the gigabyte ga-270x-ultra gaming then i can save like $87. Yes i know the asus board costs ALOT. It's like $245 in my country.. Well i could either buy the hyper 212x to save some money or go with the liquid cooler later on, which would be nice. So for the last note. Don't ask me what is my budget, because i don't really want to convert my country's currency to dollar in each of the parts. It's just so different from the US prices. I could get that build, i just gotta wait for christmas to save up some money and hopefully i could get some sweet discounts at christmas or black friday What do you guys think? I could get this last build, where i just get the basics of the build and add the rest later the next month when i get my salary Or i could get the first build after i recieve my January salary and like i said before, i could add later on a non-k cpu + an rx 480 maybe. Well it's really hard to choose. Because if i go with the last build then i gotta choose between the ASUS or gigabyte motherboard. They both are cool. They both have rgb lighting. I like them both. The asus motherboard have some extra features, which is nice, But it costs SOOO much It's not a problem, i could buy it with the rest of the build, just that i could save some money with the gigabyte. Final notes: I live in Hungary if you are wondering and English is not my Native language, so pls be nice. And i hope you understand what i was saying
  9. Oh. Nevermind. It seems like my Intel q8300 cpu not supports the 64-bit windows 10 I guess i'll try the 32-bit version.
  10. Hi! I'm trying to install Windows 10 via pendrive but it doesn't work. It keeps displaying this:
  11. Yes, yes. If i'm correct, those CPUs don't come with the stock intel cooler. I think the Cooler Master Hyper 212x should be fine enough.
