  1. Hello all I've been looking for a new monitor and decided to go for a 27" 1440p IPS monitor, and currently got it down to 6 different models left, where I'm struggling deciding which one that I should buy, where i hope that you can help me getting the right one I'll be using the monitor for photo/video editing, and some casual gaming. The models I'm currently looking at is the following HP Z27n G2 Samsung S27H850QFU ASUS BE27AQLB Acer B277U Dell UltraSharp U2717D Lenovo ThinkVision P27h-10 If you happend to have any other suggestions, feel free to come with them In advance, thanks for your help.

  4. Hey guys, i've got a little question. I've got 4x2 gb sticks, for my i7 4930k, and startet getting problems, where i use all my ram, and therefore needing more. my cpu cooler sets a limit for the max ram height, which my current ram dimms exceed, and other similar dimms is almost the same price as a 4x4 gb kit, i was wondering if it was posible to fill one of the sets with 2 gb sticks, and the other set with 4 gb sticks. Hope you understand.

  6. With the ram i would go for 16 GB with 4 dimms due to the lag of possibilities to upgrade later on, if the board supported 8 dimms i would be able to add another 8 GB later if needed Is the rog board the price difference better that some of the other boards? (I do have a rog matrix 780 ti, I'm not sure if I read that it would give some minor improvements or not)
  7. Hi guys I've got this i7 4930k but i'm still missing a few parts for my build, i'm planning for a red & black color scheme build, and i'm quite lost about which motherboard i should go with. It's limited which motherboards that's available in my country. MSI X79A-GD45 Plus $236 AsRock X79 Extreme4 $236 AsRock X79 Extreme6 $259 AsRock X79 Extreme6/GB $272 Gigabyte GA-X79-UD3 - Rev. 1.0 $241 Gigabyte GA-X79-UP4 - Rev. 1.0 $273 ASUS Rampage IV Formula Republic of Gamers $405 Correct me if i'm wrong but what i've found out of, was that the 3 models from AsRock didn't had much difference and also quite similar prices, therefore i would find it logical to go with the Extreme6/GB I've converted the prices to US dollars, if you would use price to what you get, due to that it's slightly more expensive in Denmark. What would you recommend to go with? And i suspect that i wouldn't be able to use the new x99 chipset comming later this year, even though that it will be on LGA 2011, due to that they use DDR4 dimms Also planning to buy a set of either Kingston HyperX Beast (black) G.Skill Ripjaws Z (red) depending on which motherboard i'll end up with i'll go with either 8 GB if the motherboard supports 8 ram dimms and 16 GB if it only supports 4 dimms, either way i would go with 1600 MHz models Hope you guys can help me choosing the right motherboard and memory kits
