I saw this post and started to fold. Having it run while I'm doing school work or while it is idling. Still going on my first work unit. Have a 8320 and a 7870 going now. Still have no idea on what I'm doing while it is folding. Is 31,000 PPD a good number? Just wondering.

Ok so do I use the SteamOS or Ubuntu. I have used Ubuntu before but I couldn't grasp the whole Ubuntu idea. The only reason I would object to the SteamOS is that the PC probable can play very if not any of my games.

I need a new computer and I want to build one. I already have 7870. So I need everything else (no monitor or keyboard). I will be using this computer to play games and school work. My budget is 600 to 650 USD. I don't care which brands are in the computer. I need this to last a 3-4 years. I live by a microcenter so you can look there. I don't care how fast load times are or boot times, but if you can fit an SSD in that would be nice. I would like to build this around the holiday season because I will have a little more money. Thanks for any help.

I see it allot on the forum but i dont know what Folding is can some one tell me what it is :D

A 120-128GB ssd doesn't cost that much more than  60-64GB and will have decent storage space.

Hi David how are u doing? I will shop around to see if i can find a realitily cheap 7850 2gb if not the 1gb is fine by all of you.
