So you know how sports games have that lower third showing you the scoreboard, clock, current inning / quarter or whatever?
They can update those sorts of graphics live. I need something like that. I was wondering if anybody here had some recommendations on what to get / what not to get.
I've been using NewBlue Titler to make the lower thirds / full page graphics for livestreaming my high school's basketball games. We have a pretty cool multimedia class - the livestream has 2 anchors, commercials, and 3 camera men with 3 angles.
But the software is atrocious. It's slow, incredibly buggy, crashes at least once a week (keep in mind im using it at most for 30 minutes every day), has extremely little documentation, saved projects randomly become corrupt, piss poor customer service, no direct keying into OBS (i have to make the graphic pop open in a window with the color key background, and then window capture with OBS and use the chroma key filter in OBS to take out the green). Oh, it also has basically no hotkeys. I had to create my own AHK script in order to start / stop the scoreboard timer with a keyboard press. Apparently the developers thought clicking a little button with your mouse every time the ball went in / out of the court was a good idea.
Here is a clip from one of our livestreams - you can see what we're trying to do, but we have to fight the software in order to do it.

Any suggestions are welcome, even if it is expensive for a software license (the school may cover it)
