  1. Veritasium made an interesting "Video Title", that actually shows the Likes and Dislikes of the video. This could be an interesting WAN show topic especially if you may consider to try a Google protest in accord with several other important youtubers by reverting the move of Google removing the dislike count and putting the numbers on your title with the tecnique Veritasium used. How many you think would have the balls to go through with suck move?
  2. Another problem is: The longer you wait to publish the wan show, the more people will investigate why the video isn't up and find out why... so more people that might want to look up for the address, even just out of curiosity.
  3. OMG what a fail! You didn't show the system power consumption before the optimization! Really? That is what I was most interested in... On other matters, does anyone know how to undervolt RTX series (I have a 2060 Super)? Since I think it has been removed as a possibility in MSI Afterburner.
  4. To be sure, you can try to monitor the chipset temperature with software like HWMonitor, if it goes over ~75C there might be some issues.
  5. He said it still hum even when it is turned off... so no. Some EVGA PSU have the connector that allow you to turn the psu on without connecting it to a motherboard. Try to unplug everything and turn the psu on alone without anything connected to it. If it still hum it is the psu.
  6. From your spec list you missed the Motherboard... which I think is the culprit, probably the mobo chipset fan.
  7. Hello, I'm interested in a monitor and the LG 32GK850F is the favorite candidate at the moment, but the thing that boggles me is the following: how is it possible that LG, a panel manufacturer brand is using an AU Optronics panel in this monitor? Any monitor expert can unveil this oddity? Also any suggestion for a monitor with the following stats is welcome: - 32 (31.5) inches - QHD (2560x1440) - Freesync - over 100hz - IPS or VA (NO TN panels) Thanks
  8. Hello, I like to buy a new monitor with Freesync, but the only thing keeping me from going ahead with the purchase is the fact that I don't know if I'll be able to test if Freesync is working properly once it gets on my hands (I heard that sometimes some monitor may have issues with it). By googling I've read that nVidia support G-Sync starting from Maxwell cards, which include the GTX 960, but FreeSync is said to be supported from GTX 10-series and up. So, can someone confirm if GTX 960 support FreeSync or not? If it doesn't, is just a middle finger from nVidia since the 900 series support G-Sync? Thanks in advance.
  9. If you are talking about this guy, yes it look horrible, and doesn't take much to fix. Probably not perfect, but took me a minute and I'm not a professional... I wonder wonder if he is using a "crappy" non color calibrated monitor to make his videos.
  10. The best solution I may suggest you, is to play Fullscreen windowed where available (most games have this option nowadays) in theory that should solve the 10 seconds wait. If you have the chance, you may try to switch the TV with another TV or monitor and see if the issue still there.
  11. This is taken from the last four TechLinked video. This is of course my humble opinion, but I believe you should try to find some consistency. 1) washed out look (Top left) 2) Somehow ok (Linus) 3) Too green (bottom left) 4) Fairly ok (bottom right) I see channels with less subscriber than TechLinked have way better color correction. I hope you acknowledge the issue. Maybe this isn't the right place to report this, but I'm not sure were to... (sorry) All the best, BrainCrash.
  12. That is not the way to test... Go here https://www.eizo.be/monitor-test/ Start the test, arrow down, then press space, so you have a black screen to take a picture of...
  13. It would have been useful if you included the model name...
  14. Mainly you should consider how much it bothers you... if it bothers you too much return it. Also judging a black bleed from a random photo (not in a controlled constant environment) is quite hard, sometime the bleed gets exaggerated.
  15. There might be some issues with power management, like if the PC goes to sleep, when waking up doesn't properly reactivate the two monitors. It is a fairly common issue, sometime caused by bad drivers. You should shout down your PC anyway, why waste electricity? Don't contribute to global warming!?
