  1. Hey everyone! I am having a problem on my computer... I have a i7 6700K with 16gb of ram and a MSI motherboard Z170A M7. My computer worked great but now it take a very long time to post and when I am in the bios setting it is very slow and laggy... It take way over 1min for the computer to turn on and one it is on Windows it works just fine... I have updated the bios, replace the cmos battery but still have the problem... Please help me!
  2. Should I try to boot it from another drive. I have some hard drives that would not be fast but it should not take 1:20 even with a hard drive? Also if it was the SSD should my computer be slow all the time? and not just during the boot.
  3. Well I unplugged the SSD plug it back in. Still the same. I tried with another sata cable still the same.
  4. Ok I am going to check that. It would be weird as it has been working great since January and I have not moved my pc.

  6. Yeah it happened 2 days ago. I was watching youtube the sound of the video was messed up. Restarted my computer and it took forever to boot. Performance have not changed. And I scanned for malware and viruses. It just boot very slow... Used to be like 15-20s top.
  7. Sorry for the quality I was just trying to show what the computer does. What is weird is that as soon as I am on windows it works great.
  8. Sorry to repost but nobody answer and I really need some help. Ok, so I build my computer in January and it has been running like a dream. However yesterday I was watching a youtube video and it the sound was strange like scattering. I restarted my computer and the first MSI screen scatter (like a very slow loading page) and it takes much longer to turn on my computer. As soon as I am on the windows starting screen it works normal again. What could cause that? is it fixable? I am going to take a video of it so you guys can see what I am talking about I am uploading the video. It took 1:20 to boot Thanks in advance PC config: I7 6700k OC 4.4ghz MSI Z170A M7 Samsung Evo ssd 2x8gb Corsair vengeance Titan X hybrid Corsair AX 860
  9. They are all ok. Honestly I am not sure how much more a bronze will cost you per month compare to a gold power supply.
  10. Anyone have any idea with my boot time increased suddenly? I run a malwarebyte scan and ccleaner but it did not do anything...
  11. I would definitely get another power supply. Both power supply are ok but they will not run as efficiently and will increase a tiny bit your electricity bill compare to the gold one. But they are ok
  12. What about that? I just changed you processor, mobo, and ram. Same price and it has the OEM windows 10 key... 13. I don't know if you saw my comment and I am surprise not more people said that but I would get the windows licence from a website. It is like $30 instead of $90. That way you could take a k processor and a cooler...
  14. I would get windows 10 from kinguin for some big savings.
  15. Yes at 4.4 but it has been stable since day 1 and temperature are low 55 top on load...
  16. Men I had an Acer screen and I have two smasung screen it is not even close to the speakers on my surface lol
  17. I am not sure about this screen but most monitor speakers are just terrible. Better off buying a $10 set of small computer speaker...

  19. Yeah that was I was thinking of. They make it so complicated in terms of compatibility...
  20. That is funny about the titan z and titan black lol So is it AMD that can have different amount of VRAM and work by using the lower amount of VRAM as long as they are the same cards? I though that something like that was possible...
  21. Yeah I know about the 960 that partially why I was asking. I have a titan X and wanted to sli. I am going to get another titan x no matter what but I was curious. I do not understand why they are so expensive on ebay... I payed mine $1000 and it is an hybrid... they are like 1500 on ebay for a oem one. I am going to way for the new gen and the price to drop and will get one then.
  22. That what I was thinking. Cool one more stupid fact that I know from now on. Thanks
  23. Ok so I am just curious and I cannot find the answer anywhere. I know Nvdia sli must be the same card. However for the titan (with 6gb) and the titan x (12gb) can they be in SLI and you would have just 6gb orfram? Or are they consider different and so no SLI? I know it is stupid I am just wondering...
