What will be the best for me? I do use PC part picker, and then take the parts to newegg or Amazon, but it always ends in a 1200$. So I turn to you guys, I want to run modern games at 1080p at 60fps, nothing above, defintly not below. I am at a 750$ limit, I would like to go with the cheapest components, then use my remaining budget for the best GPU.

Go with a 300-450 watt PSU. Its overkill now, but if you plan on upgrading, I reccomend it.

I like the Keyboard because I actually have it and it is amazing for gaming, working, and everything, and it is also very badass.
