OK, I decided to OC my 1700 again on the new MSI Tomahawk b450.

I'm using 1.35Vcore @3900Mhz, so it's a fair bit higher voltage than on my b350 from Asrock to be stable.

One weird thing though... it seems that on this motherboard to be able to use AMD CnQ to lower clockspeed when not needed, that I need more voltage, which is why the 1.35v. If I lower the voltage, the clockspeed is static, and yes I did check that CnQ is still active etc. I mean it's not a big deal over all, but just seems strange behaviour.
