The Deepcool is the same in performance but only cheaper. Same goes for the G.Skill memory (it also looks better imo :p) If you're only gaming then the i7 7700K would be more than enough for that. If you plan to stream, edit videos etc, then you could buy the 7820X but it's almost double the price. If you have the money then go for the Nvme.
