  2. hmm it really looks like low res now even messing about with it
  3. well I have tried useing gamemode and I cant selective it I did set that and it does not look right, you cant read the icons or really find a menu for start i did try an old crappy montor but that didnt help I dont have an gpu in hands atm and I also have tryed that with my moms computer also the tv is set to auto update

  7. yes it was set to pc and it also renamed any port i plugged into name to pc
  8. yeah I have checked if the mouse driver was updated, and it was I even checked if the older versions too. 16gb ddr4 ram from corsair samsung 32inch tv

I have checked if the ssd if the s.m.a.r.t was okay I only have 1.88 tb written to the drive I dont how an separate pc this is my only one I have checked if the computer was thinking the monitor was ssd but it wasn't my monitor "Tv" refresh rate is 60 I have changed the cable to see if that was an problem even ports, if your wondering the best setting for this "tv" 1680-1050 also I have turned off v-sink on both the card settings and game settings

So I have been getting these issues, what i have done Reset the oc i had on it " I have already done a complete bios reset, it also didn't help Replaced the graphic card "also did the cpu as well, that didn't help" Updated the drivers for the whole system "I did used an external program to find drivers i dont have, also I have tryed uninstall gpu drivers and replaced them with new ones and older verions of them " Reinstalled windows 10 "yes i have uninstalled windows 10 Seen if the memory has gone bad " have ran and tested each stick of ram with memtest Try altering the gpu game settings " lowered to low setting to see if helped, it didn't btw" No heating problems highest temp is around 61c " for the whole system" Also have tried with low settings So when playing css, fallout 4 or grand theft auto 5 it stutters when I move my mouse or even when i am just traveling around the game map, I am losing hope If your wondering what are my specs Intel i7-6700k oc 4.7 Nvidia GTX 960 4g from gigabyte Asus z170-a mobo corsair 3000 megahertz, non ecc ram Corsair cx 600 watt psu corsair gt 280 mm rad aio cooler Samsung 850 evo 500 GB ssd If you have any suggestions please help out i been having this for weeks now
