  1. 1. The 7870K is just the slightly better version of the 7850K both running Kaveri architecture on Steamroller cores.

And I'm buying windows for 20 bucks

  3. The A10-7850K from AMD is on sale right now from Newegg Canada for $164 CAD. Is it worth it? If it is I'd overclock it as many people have said you get get 4.5 GHz OC's on it. I was planning on getting the i3-4370 but this one is cheaper and has a much better iGPU and will have a better clock speed so is it worth it?

  4. On the build I'm doing (that many of you have seen the planning), PCPartPicker says that some B85 chipset mobo's BIOS needs updates before using Haswell Refresh chips. With these specs will that happen and how to update it if I need to Here are my specs:

Here's the compatibility message: Some Intel B85 chipset motherboards may need a BIOS update prior to using Haswell Refresh CPUs.

Does this affect me and if so what can I do to fix it?

If I can use Mac OS X My budget is $600 (Better motherboard and wi-fi probably). I'm really hoping I can get Windows for <100 on Black Friday because I really don't want to ask them to go over-budget. Thanks for all the continued help guys.

  6. You do realize that Windows 10 is much better in the security aspect and who cares if MS has your passwords? If your on the internet you acknowledge that ever little bit of info is going through Google and MS servers. They honestly don't care about what you do. They do it automatically, it's a fact about technology. Blame the NSA, not MS. Manofsteel, learn about how the internet works.
