  1. but hot amd fans could potentially make more noise
  2. if you go nvidia you can save money on a psu because they dont draw near as much power but you will have to deal with the occasion coil whine. (i heard about the coil whine but i dont have nvidia so dont quote me on how bad it is)
  3. find a friend who can teach you with their hardware. as time goes by you will pick up more and more then you will realize that you know everything you need. usually after you buy the wrong component
  4. i don't understand either. the mac ui annoys the heck out of me and i see mac as very overpriced but some companys like mac and some software is mac specific
  5. that is a sick build! keep up the good work bro!
  6. may i suggest 16 gb of ram. 8 is good but more and more games these days are pushing towards needing 16 gb. everything else looks great!
  7. some types of thermal paste have a set time until they are at their maximum efficiency. maybe give it a week to set in
  8. try running some stability tests to see whats causing. i would use furmark to test the gpu. if it passes then test the cpu with aida64 or prime95. if those both pass then try testing ram with prime95. if you can isolate the cause then fixing it is easy and if the problem part is still under warranty it should be covered since it wasnt overclocked
  9. how old is your hardware. i have heard that if components overheat from dust the temps can sometimes cause it to crash
  10. just meet in the middle go for 1440. it looks great and 980ti should let it run butter smooth
  11. do you have your computer overclcoked? if your oc is unstable it could be a result of that
  12. for the price of the 370 i would buy a r9 380 and get better performance (the 380 on sale)
  13. i thought that was USD and was like
  14. sadly thats the way the world is going. i would say if its properly seen as a computer and not a preasureable device with gunpowder or fertalizer... i think youre good
