    after a lot of checking i concluded that the issue is the motherboard. i am not sure if its temperature related at all.

    Hi. I have had a cpu frequency issue for a while now and never bothered to investigate it until now. At first i was sure this was related to speedstep/turbo boost or what not, but it's not as i have disabled them fully. my bios is latest and it's not even window's fault as i tried to monitor the issue using linux and it's present there too. no matter what benkmark/game/program i am using to stress test the cpu alone or both the gpu and the cpu, the cpu frequency always drops roughly after 50C is reached. The cpu doesn't reach above 55C and each core doesn't reach above 58C at any point even when under stress tests. when idle the temprature is about the 40~44C I tried using AIDA64 and some python thing on ubuntu called s-tui. so i disabled in bios anything i could find related to thermal protection and safety... CPU i5 2500 Mobo Asrock h61 pro btc GPU (unrelated but whatever) Fury X PSU corsair VS650 RAM 2+4 ddr3 1066 CPU cooler Arctic Freezer Xtreme Rev 2 I searched around online but they just say the motherboard is done for but i am pretty sure it's a bios setting... Please Help! it throttles to minimum frequency if i enable turbo boost.

    Thanks i'll try this out later this day! Edit: Update Thanks, I re-recorded few things and was able to re-create this beep, now it's almost completely removed. thanks!

    Hey everyone, I don't often need help with software but I have almost no knowledge about audio and recording editing... So, basically I am here requesting your aid. to the topic, I recorded few things with my device and few of them got an annoying beeping sound which repeats for most of the recording.... I want to remove it, and I tried all I know (and used google) but I don't know how to solve this issue... I'll attach a sample of the beeping. Thanks for all who aids!! Audio recording Test.wav
