So Ryzen is ram hungry, and directly benefits from faster overclocked ram. I would swap out that kit for one at least 3000hz.
On the PSU you can get a 620 from seasonic thats modular and better made for $59.99, and will let you overlcock the CPU and Ram.
To save money on the OS, you can also just buy it for $30 from kinguin, works just fine.

So... Recently (last 3 months for so) I have found a PC shop (Well known company) where they throw out old PC parts. I noticed this one day whilst i was out the back of the store.
 
Anyway it grabbed my interest and I went in and asked the manager of the store about all the components in the bin. He said "Yea, they are to be recycled, and you can go through them and take what you like, just don't make a mess". 
Anyway, I went out the back and started digging with my trusty magnetic Philips head...
Holy crap man, What people through away...And the best bit? Its a regular thing... They restock the bin of old PC's every week or so...
So I have been going back once a week for around 2 months and here is some of the spoils I have found and brought back with me.

Just force yourself to stay awake by any means possible, and when night time comes in the new timezone pass out from complete exhaustion, wake up good as new. I travel internationally a lot, this is my solution. 

Noice, pretty jelly, though I'm %90 sure I have most everyone beat on desk real-estate, so I have that going for me.

I've added all my own peripheral (2 monitors, 5.1 channel audio, headphones, keyboard and mouse), and have finally garnered the cash to start the train of internal upgrades

I'm going to do it, it cant be louder then my current jet-engine system, or at least it won't be that noticeable.
