Mine is normally at 10 and windows is at 45. I am also using the DT 990 Pros.

Make sure the cpu block is firmly tighten down, sounds like cooler isnt making proper contact.

Just updated my surface book through windows update to the latest firmware verison etc. Now windows hello isn't working, and detaching the 'clipboard' is broken. Is anyone else having these issues? Any temp fixes out there? Have tired doing restarts so far and no difference.
