  1. Recently my old faithful monitor from 2009 finally kicked the bucket. Three weeks to fix it and have managed to bring it back to life in a way. After doing some troubleshooting and tearing it apart it did not have any burnt smell or any damage to any components that I could see the symptoms at first was a black screen and a blue blinking light on and off after taking it apart and playing around with it I managed to get it to come to life the only way to do this however is to unhook the ribbon cable let the backlight turn white then plug the ribbon cable back in and well it works I don't know what the issue is with it but if anyone could help me I'd appreciate it, I can tell you putting the whole thing back together will make unplugging and re-plugging the ribbon cable back in almost impossible. Any help would be much appreciated as even though this monitor is ages old it still has some sentimental value to me as it's the monitor I have had since I was in high school.
  2. Yes I I wasn't going to build her computer was more likely to buy one what I'm just trying to figure out what kind of performance I should get for her. She's into a few modded versions of mine craft that I showed her.
  3. Yes most likely she likes to play a lot of roadblocks and mine craft. but I also wanted to be for schoolwork to a little bit of both.
  4. My daughter is turning 8 years old this month and I was thinking about getting her a desktop . If I do that what exactly would she need and would it be better to get her something else.
  5. can you use to flexible SLI bridges to create a dual band SLI bridge?
  6. The place I got it was a prebuilt computer place .It didn't come with the motherboard box or any of the individual component boxes.
  7. I currently have a GTX 770 and I just recently bought a second one. Unfortunately my motherboard did not come with an SLI bridge for it. any of the SLI bridges I was able to find will not line up given the type of board I have. Does anybody have any idea on what SLI bridge I'm looking for and possibly where I could find it? The motherboard I'm using is ASUSTeK Computer INC. P8Z68-V PRO (LGA1155) . I really can't afford a new computer right now so this is the best option I have. 8. So for the last two days I've been trying to get an old N64 USB controller To work on my computer. Unfortunately the controller does not have the option for X input instead using direct input. Does anybody know any hardware. Or software solutions that would be able to make it recognize my controller? 9. yes and it's also used for VR so if you're trying to use Google car board as well it won't work without a gyroscope
  10. I've been looking at and was kind of curious. what would be the best phone to get for the latest game sweeping the nation. currently using an LG Tempest but the AR feature doesn't work since the phone is literally a $20 prepaid phone the game works okay but no camera feature. could anybody tell me what kind of cell phone I would need?
  11. I understandand. I was looking at it as a whole. I know there's certain rules in Canada, but the deal is that YouTube is essentially allowing companies to steal. It would be like somebody walking up to Linus saying that his latest. Seven gamers one PC video was violating copyright infringement on YouTube, taking it down and taking any money that he.and giving it to the company that put forth the copyright strike. And I don't think it even has to be a legit company.
  12. this is YouTube's general rules copyright strikes can be claimed from companies internationally. They don't even have to be Canadian-based or anything they can also take monetization without proof . and if the copyright strike is to be found false. The company gets to keep the monetization from the videos without any repercussions.
