Isn't it a waste to not use the watercooling part of the card? Isn't there any other cards that perform as well? Is the card like the arctic storm by zotac. The waterblock is kinda prohibiting the air cooling part? EDIT: The card costs a little bit to much compared to any other card in my country so I can't get them in sli-.-

Yeah. I will be using the Asus ROG Maximus viii hero motherboard. What gpu would you recommend for a sli config? I will not be watercooling since I can't put that in the budget and I just don't want to since it is such a hassle.

Even if I put them sli? Even with that tight space between the cards since they are a 3 slot card?

I have read that the zotac has voltage issues. Is that a reason to reconsider? I will be using them in sli, how will that effect the overall temps and noise of the cards?

I could tell by your profile pic I wasn't planning on doing it initially but a low chance in the future since I have no experience. It stands between the evga classified and the strix.

Lol. So... Should I risk getting a g1 with coil whine or choose a strix with almost a guaranteed chance of no coil whine?

I see I plan on doing a slight overclock on the strix if that is the one I get. I am very picky when it comes to components-.-

I see that the strix is recommended again. Would you recommend the strix over the g1 gaming or vice versa?

If you read above, the kingpin is not available in my country and I do not plan to import since I have to pay 25% extra since it is over 34 dollars.
