If it really is a cheap and terrible PSU, it probably won't have functioning safety systems which good PSUs have (e.g. overcurrent/overvoltage protection). It's not worth the risk for a couple of days, so just wait.

Check your order status on Amazon and make sure the order is still there. It could just be that your order was placed a bit later, so there's been no stock delivery update for it. At least one person on Reddit said their card has shipped, so I'm feeling positive. Yep, I got the same email about 6 hours ago, but my new estimated delivery range is "Thursday, October 25, 2018 - Tuesday, October 30, 2018" (for AmazonGlobal Standard Shipping to Scotland). Hype!
