  1. Ok, so the drive on this thing crapped out and i couldnt save any of the data off of it which included the chipset driver i had. it was an older version and actually installed the new version that AMD has released for some reason wont install on this thing. Does anyone know a work around for this? I am a video editing student and i need to have premiere on this machine for classwork, even though its an APU its a rock solid editing machine for what i need.
  2. There wasnt a case or anything on them, just kinda picked them up, put some money down and walked out with them. There arent any serial numbers or anything on them at all, so, it might be a chink knockoff
  3. Im trying to find these headphones again, i cant remember what they are and im thinking someone on here might have used theme, or recognize the logo on the backs of them literally the best headphones ive used yet and my cat chewed them up soooo
  4. my current peripheral setup is decent for what it is. Logitech G710 Blue Logitech M325 wireless mouse Logitech something something USB speakers speakers stuck but everything else works amazingly
  5. run an msconfig and stop as many non essential start up programs as possible, that should help you some. But if your wanting to get your boot times to be better, i suggest moving your OS to an SSD
  6. Try upgrading your video card drivers, and as far as your boot times, thats an issue you have to deal with assuming you dont have a solid state drive
  7. Take the CMOS battery out, try it with out your video card installed in the motherboard. And see if one of the DIMMs for your memory are defective by removing all but one and attempt to power the system on If that doesnt work, looks like you might be needing a new board
  8. So, im contemplating buying a Dell Inspiron 7559 notebook for school, We all saw linus review the thing and I liked it. Ive currently got an HP Pavilion G7-2269wm with some PC3-12800S DDR3 memory, and id like to put the 4gb DIMM in the 7559 when i get it because reasons. Would it work being as aforementioned memory is different, 7559 takes DDR3L, and I have a DDR3 DIMM. I understand the issue with the over voltage with non-low power DDR3, i had a friend ask me to build his pc a while back and he made the idiotic decision to buy DDR3 with a Skylake i5. All i want to know is if this ram would work so i can have 12gb of memory, or if im stuck with 8gb. Thanks
  9. What gpu am I using? >What is old ass N9600GT graphics >what is 512mb GDDR3 >what is 64 CUDA Cores Help me god, i just want my rig to hold together for a little while longer
  10. >not wanting to own one of those >what are you Seems like an amazing piece to start my home theater project.
  11. I did get it from the Media Creation Tool. Spent all night downloading it lol. I managed to get it to install, But it isnt taking the 8.1 key that was on this laptop prior to install. Im perfectly fine with having this thing not registered, however, the person using it may think otherwise
  12. The upgrade period ends July 29th. I still have 28 days to activate this pile of trash
  13. And what if there isnt a "I dont have one" button there?
  14. If you cant access the other PC then your kinda out of luck as far as gettng anything off of that drive. I really dont think you would be able to boot from that drive at all given that it came from a completely different computer.
