  2. Awesome, awesome!!! My fav item(s) here would probably be the PSU and the Case. I've looked at this case in the past for purchase, but never made my mind up, it has awesome features and a nice design. The PSU seems to be well designed and i trust Antec with their technologies. Overall thanks for the chance! Cheers Big fan of you guys!
  3. Did you have supporting voltages and frequencies for the OC? Ex. NB,HT, etc. Did you overclock ram? Try updating all drivers from MSI. Best regards.
  4. Another question would be, push or pull? I like push, but either works. Or, if the case fits buy 2 more fans (sp120s) and go push/pull. Cheers
  5. Ughhhhhh I've forgotten what non SSD computer experience is like :'( I'm dying here
  6. Damn doesn't sound like a long process at all, let's hope OCZ follows in their footsteps. How is the SSD now? I have my ASUS Vivobook, so i was able to use a PC of mine, but yenno, your main going down on you, lol, just makes a person sad :'(
  7. How long did it take for you to get your new SSD? Like consultation, shipping etc.?
  8. Hahaha now that's a good idea, I could probably make money off of it too, bought it for 80 sell it for 100 Going Samsung pretty sure... Actually haven't found them all that expensive, reviews come out good on a lot of their drives (Anand), just bad luck i guess?
  9. Luckily it is I got it in July. Haven't broken any seals or anything.
  10. Power cycle? Explain plz And yea...lol I bought OCZ again b/c, 1. awesome price at warehouse sale 2. have an OCZ vertex plus that works flawlessly
  11. This weekend's been horrible for me, my main rig decides to go weird. Slow boot times, extremely slow random file explorer browsing (My computer and all of it's drives didn't even show up). So I reformatted. Not once, but twice. The second go was b/c the first time after the windows update, and the reboot, my system decides to display nothing but the login background. No password entry, or user name, or "Welcome screen". My mouse cursor was there but that was it. I tried hitting ctrl+alt+delete....a black screen resulted. So after the second reformat, all but the same thing after the updates. I thought it was either Windows, or something was wrong with my hardware. I had backed up my data which is good, but when i was ready to wipe the drive completely and go for it again. The drive dissapears from existence. Now no drive was found, BIOS read nothing. The BIOS logo screen also paused for an abnormal amount of time (i assumed it was trying to access the drive). Then a crap load of beeps and an led lit up on my bios...it was the hardware device LED. So clearly my system had something faulty, or at least wrong with it. From that point on my OCZ Vertex 450 has ceased to exist other than the physical drive itself. I've tried external enclosures, a "in/out" windows sound loops at random. I am now writing this on my rig again on my HDD as i stuck the W7 on that to see if anything else could possibly be wrong. As of right now, everything checks out, in fact there's none of the problems that i used to have present (USB 3.0 driver issues). Obviously I want to get my SSD back, these speeds are already killing me. I've made a case with OCZ so I think I'm doing something right. Have I done enough to come to the conclusion that my SSD may just well be faulty or is there something else I can try? 12. These compared to my current Bitfenix Spectre LEDs (non pro)? Worth the upgrade? Going to need a few! http://ncix.com/products/?sku=64830&vpn=BFF-BLF-12025B-RP&manufacture=BitFenix&promoid=1360 Specs in description differ from those in title. I love the deep blue of the Bitfenix ones, do these look similar (video doesn't justify)?
  13. I know this is an old thread, but just purchased the same model, thinking, for the price, and features it was an excellent buy. After installing it, 30mins later i noticed a very slight coil whine, nothing close to the one in the video you posted, but just slight. It is slightly annoying, and I mean after just buying it, should I really have this type of phenomenon? I read up about it, not Seasonic made, but CWT...could that have something to do with it? Strangely enough, while running my system on full load, prime95 and msi kombustor, the only noise I really heard was the fan ramping quite high up, the whine was less than on idle, very strange! I've seen many instances online where people have the same problem with this coil whine. Is an RMA really necessary or will this just go away, even worse though, will it get worse? I'm thinking of giving it a day or two. If anyone can provide me with additional info that hasn't been discussed above, please do so if you could. Thanks
  14. Please do yes! That would be great, would love to see the final product!
