    very good, paul, from paulshardware have a 4.4, 1,22V and he said his chip is special. 
    your oc is meh, but with that voltage, is very good

    the 390 is good for 1440p but 60Hz, if you want 144Hz the R9 Fury or better will be very suitable, if you want a bit more longevity, the 390x is the sweetspot imo

    If you are not into SSD thats 45 saved there. Its over 600 but you said you can spend 800 max trust me its better to add little extra if posible and to make PC last longer. Btw hope you saved old case if you have one its a waste of money to buy new.
